After walking around Bayside Marketplace trying to decide where to eat, my wife and I decided on Black Market Miami (Bayside). They weren’t busy so the host at the door allowed us to sit wherever we wanted. We opted to sit outside because it was nice day with a breeze and that is where the music was at. We had been seated for about 15 before a server came over to take our drink order. Which was way to long since they were not busy. Our server ended up being Gabrielly T, she was TERRIBLE from beginning to end. Customer service isn’t her strong suit. I don’t know if was an language barrier or just her lack of attentiveness. Whatever it was she was still TERRIBLE. She comes over doesn’t introduce herself or bring any napkins/silverware. She brings drinks with no straws. We kept having to call her over and ask for things, she never bothered to come check on us and see if we needed anything like she’s suppose too. My wife needed a refill while she was standing right at the bar area looking right at us and my wife still needed to call her over to ask for a refill which is ridiculous. They bring you half filled small cups of condiment’s, which wasn’t enough. They charge you 50 cents for more half filled small cups of condiment’s, which is ridiculous. They charge you $5 for soft drinks which is absurd regardless of free refills which is the most I paid during my Miami vacation. Overall the food was pretty good, they definitely add to much salt to the fries though. We received TERRIBLE service on a non busy day, I’d hate to dine in here for a busy day or before a Heat game. All in all I wouldn’t recommend Gabrielly T as your server or Black Market Miami (Bayside) for your dine in needs. There are plenty of other places in the Marketplace to spend your hard earned money at. I would however come back for drinks only!

Black Market Bayside is a fantastic spot to unwind, enjoy great food, and soak in the lively Miami atmosphere. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite, meeting up with friends, or catching a game on their big screens, this place has something for everyone. The food is delicious and satisfying, with a menu that features everything from flavorful burgers to tasty wings and unique appetizers. Their craft beer and cocktail selection is equally impressive, offering something to pair perfectly with whatever you’re craving. The atmosphere at Black Market Bayside is fun and laid-back, with waterfront views that add to the experience. It’s the kind of place where you can relax and enjoy the vibe, whether you’re sitting inside or out on the patio. The staff are friendly and attentive, making sure your drinks are full and your table is well taken care of. It’s clear that customer service is a priority here, which adds to the overall enjoyment of the visit. If you’re looking for a cool spot in Bayside with great food, awesome drinks, and a lively vibe, Black Market Bayside won’t disappoint. Highly recommended for locals and visitors alike!

The views are breathtaking. BM is right on the water on the second floor so you can see everything going on. If you can sit outside it's amazing. The only down fall is they were playing live music in the amphitheatre. The restaurant music was really loud, I assume to drown out the live music. The staff was great. Really nice and everyone had a smile. The food came out really quick and was hot. Our waiter was really attentive to our table. Now for the not so great, the food. I'm just being honest for this price I was expecting way better. I mean they're serving burgers and cheesesteaks on the beach front so I thought it would be amazing. The best menu item was the fried shrimp. The cheesesteak was meaty but 6/10 at best. The Shaq burger is an absolute no. The patty was way overcooked and was just burger and bun and a tub of melted cheese. I would never tell anyone not to try a place but I wouldn't go back. Enjoy

During my recent visit to Black Mark restaurant and bar located in the vibrant heart of downtown Miami, I was thoroughly impressed by the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere enveloped me in a warm and welcoming embrace. The decor strikes the perfect balance between elegance and comfort, creating an inviting space that’s ideal for any occasion, whether it’s a casual dinner or a special celebration.

The food, oh the food! It was nothing short of spectacular. I ordered a salad, which might sound mundane to some, but this was no ordinary salad. It was generously loaded with delicious, tender chicken that was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Every bite was a delight, and it was clear that quality ingredients and expert preparation are priorities here.

However, what truly set Black Mark apart for me was the staff. Observing them was like watching a well-choreographed dance. They moved with purpose and efficiency, yet always with a smile. Their teamwork was impeccable; it was evident they take great pride in their work and in delivering an exceptional dining experience. They were attentive without being intrusive, striking just the right balance of professionalism and friendliness.

In a city brimming with dining options, Black Mark restaurant and bar stands out for its great atmosphere, delectable food, and an outstanding team that clearly loves what they do. It's a testament to the magic that happens when all elements of a dining experience come together so seamlessly. I can’t wait to return and explore more of their menu. For anyone in or visiting downtown Miami, Black Mark is a must-visit. It’s not just a meal; it’s an experience that will leave you wanting to come...

Another place where all they care about is your money and nothing else. We expected a 4.8/5 experience, but it felt more like a 1 or 2/5.

First, the cocktails were expensive and very small. Then, we ordered one appetizer and two burgers. They served the appetizer, and not even a minute later, the burgers arrived, leaving us no time to enjoy the nachos. It was a total non sense! Speaking of which, the $20 nachos were extremely disappointing— just basic, tons of movie-theater-style cheese. you had to pay extra for various add-ons. For $20 with no add on, it was underwhelming. the small scoop of guacamole tasted good.

The service was minimal; we had to ask for everything. For instance, I requested water, and the server left immediately, not giving my guest a chance to ask for one as well. The server wasn’t rude, but he was indifferent, incompetent, and showed little care for customers, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy.

On top of that, a mandatory 18% tip is added to the bill (noted in small print). During payment, the machine prompts for an additional tip percentage. When I selected 0% because the 18% was already included, the server got visibly upset !! and claimed that the mandatory tip goes to everyone except him—which I highly doubt. He stormed off !!! while I still needed the receipt. I waited five minutes for someone to pass by to ask recept and when he did, he brought me someone else’s receipt.

Overall, the service was terrible, the burgers were disappointing, and the nachos were not worth it. There are plenty of better places for cocktails. Honestly, I don’t understand how this place has a...
