Purchased 3 tickets with my debit card and was told that it didn't go through. I checked my bank account from my phone and the transaction did indeed go through. I immediately called my bank and they confirmed that the transaction was approved. I was told by the attendants that since their card machine didn't print out any tickets that it means that my card was the problem and that my account was not charged. They then asked me to run my card again. I said no because my account would get billed a second time. I even showed the attendants my phone and bank records to prove that my account was charged and that there was money in my account to pay for the tickets they charged me for. After about half an hour of this and even speaking with a supervisor, we were told that there was anothing they could do. I was told to wait and that the amount would probably be credited back to my account in a couple days. We ended up not taking the tour. Very disappointing. Before we left, a different attendant told us that the issue was the machine and not my card but the machine they ran the card on was not there anymore and they were using a different machine. In other words, they couldn't do anything. At least they were snadmitting that my card was not to blame. The whole ordeal sucked. Not impressed. Extremely poor service. Charged $75 for nothing. I could have spent that money somewhere else. Now I'll be stuck waiting to see if they even refund my money. Really a shame. Bad way to spend my last vacation day. So much for sightseeing.

What do you mean I "took the 90 minute tour and didn't complain"? I wasn't given tickets and my family and I weren't allowed on the boat!!!! What are you even saying???? That's a complete lie and you know it!!!! You said you remember me but I doubt that very highly!!! If you did really remember me, you would remember that we never got in the boat and that was because the machine wouldn't print my tickets. We were told we couldn't ride and the attendants attempted THREE TIMES TO GET ME TO EITHER RUN MY CARD AGAIN OR PAY CASH FOR THREE MORE TICKETS!!!. And you said I'm confused and that it wasn't for sightseeing????? The attendant came up to us and showed us a map of the things that the boat would go by while we rode. So yeah, that's sightseeing!!!! And you still haven't refunded my money!!! It's been 3 days!!! Thanks for making my son cry too, by the way! Great way to end my visit to Miami. My cashier was in such a rush to get us to pay he told me the tour was 6:45pm Sunday night. My two children and I waited around until that time just to be told that the boat doesn’t leave until 8:15. I was not about to sit around another 2 hours so I asked for a refund, and of course the cashier was no where to be found. So one of the other associates said that I could return any day with my receipt for the ride. I returned on Tuesday with my sister and our 5 children (her 3, my 2) she purchased tickets for her and her babies. There were a few hiccups with the boat ride but all around it was nice. We were told it was optional to get off at South Beach but once we arrived the tour guide tried to force us off to stay at south beach for an hour. My family and about 6 other guest refused to leave the boat because that was not what we were told. They did finally take us back to bayside after about 20 minutes of the tour guide arguing back-and-forth with us. Once we arrived to Bayside the man whom I assume is the manager. Was rude to EVERYONE. He came on the boat demanding that those who didn’t leave on South Beach stay on because he was “finna have a word with us” as if we were children and he was scolding us. I am 32 years old with children of my own NO ONE Will speak to me in that manner. He was throwing profanities at everyone as we were leaving the boat. He got into a full-blown argument with one of the passengers in her 17-year-old children. He also came over to the cashier telling her not to talk to my sister while she was trying to get upper management information. But what put the icing on the cake was this fool pushing my eight-year-old daughter and telling her to move. What was supposed to be a fun outing for my children turned into an entire scene where security and the police had to be called. I have NEVER in my life taken the time to write a review on a company. Read moreMy husband and I were in Miami for our honeymoon and decided to check out Bayside Marketplace. We saw the water taxi and thought it would be fun to take a boat ride over to South Beach instead of driving over and trying to find parking. When we bought the tickets, the lady told us we would be able to catch the last ride from South Beach at 8pm. When we arrived at South Beach, however, the lady on the boat told us we needed to be back at the marina at 5pm (mind you, its 3:30 at this point). We told her we thought they were available until 8pm and she said to come back at 6pm instead. Since this didn't leave us much time to do anything at South Beach, we called the company's phone number to ask what time the last ride was going to be from South Beach. The gentleman told us the last ride was at 7pm and to be at the marina by 6:50. We agreed on that and went about our sightseeing. We arrived at the marina at 6:45 and there were 2 people already there who were also waiting for the water taxi (and had been waiting there a while). Three other people also arrived a few minutes after us. 7pm came and went with no water taxi. We tried calling and no one answered the phone. All 7 of us were told by the company that we would be picked up at 7pm. We waited until 8:30 in case there happened to be an 8pm boat, but no one ever came. We were left stranded in South Beach and had to pay for alternative transportation to get back to our cars at Bayside. Its a shame because the ride over to South Beach was fun, but what kind of company leaves their customers stranded? I would understand if we were late, but we were all there on time. This was our last day in town too so we were unable to go back and ask for a refund, if they would have even give us one because they took our only receipt when we boarded the boat.
