We were probably 40+ minutes into the consultation before budget and price was discussed, because with Massimo, it is not about the sale its about the experience, the quality you will receive and how his clothing will elevate your presense in a room to the next level. Keep in mind, you are not walking into a Men's Warehouse or a general tailor workshop. Only the best hand picked fabrics and materials from Italy, generations of Italian tailoring craftsmanship, with a perfect eye for how your suit should fit YOU will bring these garments to life. Price at this Apex becomes irrelevant. You will look and feel the best you have ever felt before, as you walk into that room and have one of these masterpieces speaking for you.

My wedding was a masterpiece in itself and was an epic outing. At the center of this live artwork was my beautiful new bride and I, both shining and glowing in our gorgeous attire. Hers, handcrafted in the heart of Coral Gables Miami, and mine hand crafted in the heart of Rome. A perfect balance and harmony where the clothing on our bodies matched that perfect moment on the beach in Mexico. My half of the equation made possible by fine craftsmanship of Massimo Roma and his incredible network. He worked with me under very tight timelines and was able to pull through under pressure. The first fitting was an iota away from perfection. A minor tweak to the vest while I enjoyed a cold beer in Brickell was all it took to dial in his masterpiece. Now it was perfect.

I truely thank him for his work to help make my special day even more so, and I look forward to next time we are able to design the next amazing addition to my wardrobe.

My experience with Massimo Roma's alterations for my wedding tuxedo was deeply disappointing. Despite paying a premium for proximity, the service fell short. Initially promised in under three weeks, the alterations dragged on for over a month. Shockingly, the seemingly simple task of shortening the jacket sleeves proved insurmountable for them, despite multiple attempts. Paolo, the staff member assisting me, appeared indifferent to the errors and offered no viable solutions. During one visit, a staff member, dismissive of my concerns, insisted the alterations had been completed correctly, despite clear evidence to the contrary- he even said my brand new shirt must have uneven sleeves. Communication was abysmal, with no clear pickup dates provided. It was only after numerous reminders that I managed to set a deadline. For such a crucial occasion, the lack of attention to detail and customer service was utterly unacceptable. I cannot in good faith recommend this business, especially to fellow members of the military, law enforcement, or the local community, given their inability to handle even the simplest alterations with competence and professionalism.

As you read the response from the vendor below, he does not apologize for the rude behavior nor does he address the mistake in the sleeve shortening they made 3x. After the first week he said almost two weeks to fix, I returned and the issue persisted, and then two more weeks to fix the mistake. To fix their mistake they would've require 4 weeks, for sleeve shortening. A proper tailor would not take two weeks to make that alteration. Additionally, for a grooms tuxedo, I would think that would constitute faster/better service as it would be used for our upcoming nuptials. I stand by my one star rating for all those who read this. My criticism isn't personal, it is based on facts that the business is aware of, and no customer would stand for, if they received bad service as...

My multiple experiences at Massimo Roma have been truly outstanding, and I can't speak highly enough about the exceptional service they provide.

I first discovered them when I had asked a neighbor who she would recommend for alterations, and without hesitation she suggested I go to Massimo Roma. I was quite pleased with the work they did, so I decided to go back for a custom tuxedo. Their attention to detail is unparalleled. Paolo spent over an hour with me taking measurements and then educating me on the different types of fabric and styles for tuxedos and suits.

Once we had decided on the specifics of the tuxedo, the information was sent over to their mill in Italy. They use the same fabrics as many luxury brands, including Zegna and Loro Piana. It took about 6 weeks to receive the tuxedo and then I went in for the fitting. Even though I thought it looked great on me, Paolo was not completely satisfied and pointed out some subtle details that he said would result in an even better fit if we were to address them. One week later I returned for the second fitting and was blown away by how making those minor alterations changed how the tuxedo fit on me!

Since my purchase, Paolo periodically checks in with me to see how I am enjoying the tuxedo. Their commitment to quality craftsmanship shines through in every piece, and their customer service is excellent. I will be purchasing new suits from them later this year.
