Saturday April 29 2022. We ordered pizza and papardelle. The pizza arrived cold, I ordered it via Uber eats. Uber eats says they delivered on time. The restaurant says they gave it to Uber eats on time. So was the pizza sent cold? They don’t care to give me a refund or even be nice enough to apologize. They just assumed I was trying to get free pizza. The pasta dish that also came with the order arrived at the right temperature. The manager was super rude. She was an Italian lady. She just told me this was not their problem, that I had to call Uber eats. I asked her if she cared enough about her product that she was going to have a customer go over several phone calls with different companies to fight over a cold pizza. She said yes. She also said that whatever was not served in their restaurant and was delivered through anything other than their app was not their responsibility. Good to know now. That’s when you know a business is in trouble. She was more worried about being right than just issuing a refund for half the order ( I am happy to pay for what arrived in an edible state). Every business will face problems. What makes a good or bad business is how you solve them. This place does not solve simple problems well. Absolute shame. In short: avoid- do not order online.
