Your in the Financial center for Miami, Upscale living, nightlife, restaurants galore of all types, fast food, Luxury, waterfront or just a favorite hangout to grab a drink/Bite. 2 blocks from Merry Brickell, 3 from Citi Center, minutes to I95 North or South, Key Biscayne , Vizcaya Gardens, Little Havana Calle Ocho Historical section of Miami, Miami Beach, Lincoln Road, The world's largest passenger port and one of the busiest cargo ports PortMiami, just minutes from Downtown and Famous Bayside. The Vue though older, 2006 already impressive, will be brought up to date to be as any of the newer surrounding projects. Amazing Pool will be resurfaced, and new pool deck, BBQ Area, and Large Jacuzzi with Glass Dividing rail, The Gym is impressive and common areas are kept clean and fresh by a great Maintenance staff. Office Staff is pleasant, courteous, and pretty much aware of area needs throughout the building at any given time and have plans or staff addressing most daily issues in an expedited manner. Love the new Package locker system securing your package does not "Disappear." Just enter your private info and viola! I’ve been living here for 2 years now. Very happy with the building and my apartment. The management is great! The approval process is very quick 3-5 days max. Rental insurance is required. Ana at management office is awesome, shes very helpful and always welcoming. Gym and pool really good. View is awesome. The location of the building is very centric and at the same time not around a lot of Brickell traffic. Literally 5 mins walking to Brickell city center and waterways. 3 mins to the Publix, CVS and all the restaurants. Quick to get to Coral Way, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove about 15...

The location is great, central to everything. The building, however, leaves a lot to be desired. The gym is amazing. Probably one of the best residential gyms in Brickel. Other than that, the units themselves are pretty worn down with very old appliances. Not every apartment is like this, but those that are for rent usually are.
