I originally went in to get my 6.5 month olds ears pierced. When we got there the lady stated I needed her shot records to get them done. When I called I was not told this nor have I ever had to bring that in before. If this is true it should be on their website. If its not true, which I'm sure its not, then someone needs to do some retraining or figure out why the employee lied. I understand she was the only one there. She could have easily said she was the only one there and asked for us to come back when there was a second person there. Store is clean and organized, staff is friendly, and they always have great sales going on. Clearance racks also have discounts if you buy multiple items, so you can save even more if you're looking for more than just a couple things. Took my daughters to get their ears pierced last week, my one year olds back to her earring is already out.

I called and spoke with Management and she recommended to go and purchase plastic backs until I can switch out.

We spent about 250$ there that day and our main concern was that we have earrings we won’t have to switch out. It was clear it wasn’t on properly because we’ve never had an issue with them “falling” off, she doesn’t even care that they are in there and never touches them, so that definitely isn’t the case.
