We went to Also Supermarket on Franklin Street to take advantage of the sales. We got to the register our order was $176.00. My sister wrote a check. The cashier asked for my ID and said she had to call a manager. The manager came over. She took the check to the office came back and asked her if she had another way to pay for the groceries. My sister asked why.. The manager told her she wasn't a valued customer and check writing is a courtesy extended to valued customers and that I wasn't a frequent shopper. It is their policy to only accept checks from valued customers. My sister, said I thought all customers were valued. She left her Als card at the register. We will not be going back. If my brother wouldn't have already been outside loading the groceries in the car, we would've left them there. Customer Service...
