Amazing stay in the new blue spa tower, we did spa treatments with private sauna and hot tub. They had a mma fight in the vent center, everything went off perfect. Fantastic stay from the beginning with very friendly people welcoming us. The room was spotless and our view was amazing! The shower is big enough for 3 people........ The food from Vegas baby was very good and not overly expensive. We did not gamble at all in the casino but it was very busy and a lot of staff was constantly moving around securing and cleaning things. We had a great stay and plan to be back sooner rather then later!

Everyone loves to win money and nobody likes losing money. So it's a bittersweet love hate kinda thing if you let it become a habit. Just like everything else in life we have to find that balance and not let gambling get out of control. And your vibe has alot to do with winning if your in a bad mood or are angry I would highly suggest waiting for a different time when you are feeling good about yourself and having a good day then that's when you gamble bc your 100 percent more likely to win something.

It was a fun experience but it was just way too smoky in there. I felt like I smoked a pack of unfiltered camels after I came out of there. LOL but seriously I wish they would revamp it and just make it non-smoking. I would probably go there for an event again because the event was great but I don't think I would stay in the hotel or eat there or gamble there it was just too miserable than experience.

Private party with private entertainment- identical to fantastic!!

Go there! Feel the class and professionalism and uplifting staff- with terrific food ( same menu as private party except special occasion cakes- drinks & dessert's extra - but really really worth it and memories immortality remain!

Standard, if I dare use that word, are also phenomenal, large, fresh and almost; decadent! 8-)

PS No private pictures at this event- not provocative just private photographer. As in all Casinos, photos & recordings need prior notice ( out event was closed and non visable- & silenced- so if you come you won't see or hear any reduction in ambiance, Service or privacy of your own. Maybe? A short happy birthday or anniversary, which is always in good taste and exclusive.

Go there before it changes: the customers are in CHARGE- if you don't know: request a reservation , you can learn some more by being seated at the bar/ lounge where they also serve.

My catastrophic menu includes, appetizer- shrimp or Shellfish- salad mixed veggies. FRENCH ONION SOUPS OR OF THE DAY or lobster bisque- entree STAKE any kind with a temprature request ( the others are opinions these are surface and temprature of the entire interior ( 135°F is mine) - sides, brussel sprouts candies and mixed vegetables garnishes(s)- lobster Mac & cheese ( only one size- enormous- carry out with smiles!) Green beans & onions or scaloppini or loaded baked " sweet" potatoes!

Deserts? Wow different every time (as are two or more special MAIN ENTREES) BUT THE DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CAKE USALLY AS RICH AS EVERY CRUMB AND BIG AS A SLICE IF A ROUND BED- IR CREME BRULEE' FIRED AT THE TABLE IF YOU WISH!

DRINKS: WHETHER YOU CAN PRONOUNCE IT OR NOT THEY'LL GET IT FOR YOU BECAUSE THEY HAVE A EXTENSIVE WINE AND LIQUORS CAVERN, SOFT HARD OR MILD! MANY " HOUSE" EXCLUSIVE SAUCES, SPICES, DRESSINGS, GARNISHES AND EVERYTHING ELSE- IF YOU ASK ONCE THEY MIGHT HAVE IT OR BY TWICE THEY WILL!

UP TOWN - DOWN TOWN OR ANY TOWN-...

If you are thinking about having a wedding here... DON"T. Run far far away and go to whatever other places you were considering. Everything seemed perfectly fine when we initially put a down-payment and then once they have your money you don't mean anything to them. We had to hunt them down 3 months before the wedding for a food tasting, they made it difficult to take any payment for the event, and lied about all the service fee's. All that aside the real problem started when we made a change to our guest count 3 days before by 3 dinner plates. We offered to pay them and they replied "no you're good". They told us the room would be ready the night before for us to decorate and set up and when we got there it was being used by another event. So the day of our wedding (reception starting at 5pm and ceremony starting at 3pm) the room was not available until 12pm the DAY OF OUR WEDDING. This specific department in the 1 year that we have dealt with them has had over 100% turnover so you will only be dealing with new people and constantly being turned over during the course of planning the most important day of your life. They also came back 2 months later after an "audit" and said we owed them $500 more dollars after they had stated we were good and offered to pay. We have received threatening phone calls and emails about collecting payment and they even went through our stay there and threatened to charge the credit card on file we had for a hotel stay during the wedding. Honestly there are several other beautiful venues in the area that will make this experience so much better for you. But if you want to be gaslit every time you bring up an issue by being told "but wasn't your day so beautiful" and "you don't want to remember it like this" instead of addressing the issue, then maybe this is the perfect...

Deli OVERLOAED during avents: I. E. $2000.00/ $5,000.00 draw or $25,000.00 - $50,000.00 draw? So don't wait till the 10:00p.m. drw and expect to walk up to the cashier! ( Get early / stay late, paradox. Give em time to recover from the crush~ not too late the William B's & BUFET closes earlier: the have to request ; overtime from them to augment the deli- and only for -/+ an hour or two! ( Unless or gotxx many sick too? But let's on "daw" dates?)

It's a wait for good food { check contents of carry out, as you would anywhere, just double check}

[ maybe they temporary run out of? ~ Ice cream flavors or " slow cooked meat/ brisket ' roast beef etc. ] But still good . Everyone needs glasses to see better in time, now it will be EASIER to predict the OVERLOAD?

That night, we just happened to have early reservations at : " William "B's" - which was tableless but great food & efforts! We stopped to get a , "post anxious" snack after the last draw because the 8 & 9 P.M. DRAWS it was busy so we got swollowed up by the 10:00 crowd. ( Extra open positions tie? & Back later - 11: 30 I shrank almost back to normal , with some very tired people? 🙄)

Next time ( if they don't forget the shampoo & late chocolate { the new stuff is Heavenly! Maybe the just ran out?...
