The casino and restaurants are beautiful. Gift shop has a nice selection of souvenirs. We didn't go in the pool, but it looked inviting. We ate at both the Lakeside Kitchen and Infusion while there. We were expecting the cost of Lakeside, but we're surprised to find that two breakfast sandwiches, two fruit cups, and two drinks were nearly $50 at Infusion. We were dismayed to find that the parking lot closest to our room was blocked off so we had to walk quite far to get to and from our car. This was made even more difficult by my needing to use a wheelchair. Getting the chair from the hotel was easy but there was really no quick way for us to get to and from our room to the parking garage or any lot. We had to walk in a U shape from our room, nearly to the casino entrance, around the restaurant and sports bar and into the parking garage. Then my husband had to go again to bring the chair back to the room after I was in the car. This all probably would have been made easier by using the valet service, but we shouldn't HAVE to. The hallways by the rooms were also narrow and made hard to navigate when housekeeping had their carts out. Our room was clean, quiet, and adequate. The air conditioner worked well and didn't make much noise. The bed was not comfortable, but we managed. I cannot speak on the spa, as we didn't use their services.

Really fun casino. Old school slots with varying bets. Machines do pay out well. Much better than hard rock casino or four winds. They give good food comps and generous free play in comparison to other local casinos. I had 2 credit cards turned into security on two separate occasions so I think the patrons are pretty honest too! All in all best casino in town

Blue casino is Great. They have a wonderful mixture of new and old machines with different denominations fun for all. They have a live band playing for enjoyment a few different restaurants onsite for food. New hotel with pool open. A little slice of heaven. Yes the slots are loose 🥰🤑

Overall experience was okay, nothing horrible but not off the charts excellent either. Valet Service did not explain the process so waited 25 for a vehicle that you call from a kiosk my security. The front desk staff on arrival was horrible. She was very rude about the time and then referred me to the self help kiosk for checking in. The steakhouse was excellent if you’re looking for nice meal.

The casino is very small compared to other Boyd properties. Player services was helpful and the drink service was better than most places.

Asked housekeeping on the second for towels, but they stated that you have to call the desk to request them. When you call the desk no one picks up the phone. After a couple of tries they insisted that we get (2) two towels. Umm sure. That would be nice, but you can also have the...

We stayed in the Spa Tower in mid April on a Thursday night. Check in signage on the drive in is terrible, we walked a lot but the counter attendant was nice and took care of us. The room was nice, but not as nice as what we paid for. Super cheap coffee maker, leaky shower (they just remodeled this building), and the kicker was the screaming of children next door at 11pm. The casino was okay, clean given the smoking, and plenty of machines to play. But the steakhouse (the other restaurants were closed), was phenomenal. Superior customer service followed by a excellent Long Island, top notch roasted chicken and the best roasted brussel sprouts. If we ever return, it's for the...
