I had a GREAT experience at the Spa this past weekend. Everything was great from the staff to the ambiance. I would recommend.
I was going to leave a 4 or 5 star review; however I just read the response to the young lady whom left the last review from the owner.
I must say this; as a business owner myself I understand your stance on defending your business. However my spouse and I happened to be leaving while she arrived and was there for the full exchange.
I would not have wanted to come back upon arrival as you can imagine how you would feel being turned away. It wasnt that she was just turned away; it was that she was willing to reschedule at first UNTIL she was told two different stories as to why her appointment was not there.
The lady kindly asked for a refund and was directed to speak to someone on the phone who calmed the situation. If she ever see's this review I would advise her to come and try your Spa as she stated she is new to the area.
To the owner it is still her right to leave a review and I do not think she presented this as an on going issue. We appreciate your beautiful Spa but please be mindful of how all parties felt in the situation as you were not physically present. I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO SUPPORT...
Read moreCelebrating My husband's 40th birthday. Very wonderful spa day. I was so discouraged!! That the owner came out and told all of us to be quiet in the front room & We were talking very quietly. Everybody in the waiting room was so disgusted by this personality by this owner.
I thought that was so disresponsible & Very rude. That a owner of a business would be very rude to her customers that come often.
As we're in the room getting our massage. The owner is screaming in the back room. Multiple times. Super disrespectful!!!!! As we paid for a 90 minute massage.& pay $240 & Can we tip very well.. For a non relaxing experience!!
We drive an 1 hour for The Massage therapist are amazing there.( Absolutely love them)
I felt so bad for the massage therapist that they had to apologize multiple times during our massage for the Conversation that was going on. But I definitely will be reporting them to the better business . For very poor customer service.
But as a business owner I find that this is very disrespectful to talk to your customers this way. When you're at a spa , you should be positive and not yelling at your Customers.
So I will not be coming back to this location!! NOT referring any more clients...
Read moreI had a partial foil and keratin treatment done and not only do I not have hightlights but my roots look like I have gray hair and are very visible. No highlights and gray roots!! I only had a few strands of gray prior to this process and now I have a head of gray roots. Not to mention that my gray roots differ from side to side. I might be ok with my keratin but I had to point out the missing pieces to my Stalinist. I have had several keratin treatments before and I was like this lady didn't even know how to seperate hair in sections. Don't get your hair done here. I wish I could post photos so you could see the results but I don't think that is available... Also, I would like to add the I expressed my dissatisfaction to receptionist and she said the owner would call me. No such call. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and tries to call today and received voicemail. My alleged stylist name was Leslie...
