Häagen-Dazs of Middletown — Restaurant in Middletown

I visited the shop last night for the first time and I would not recommend this place to anyone!! Almost 7 dollars for a little portion and total rip off and it tasted a little freezer burnt and the workers were rude and snobby teenage girls and it's ridiculous to charge extra for a cone when it's already almost 7 dollars for a cup, the girl that took my order gave me an attitude when I asked where my ice cream was at, and her and another girl remained on their phones at the register and made me feel very unwelcome, if I was the manager I would've fired all of those bratty self entitled teenagers that being on their phones is more important than the customers and also I can go to Food Lion and buy 2 half gallons of ice cream for less than 7 dollars, it's a complete waste of...

We went into this location recently, and when we first walked in we were not greeted. Nevertheless they had profane provocative music playing which is completely unacceptable given that people bring their kids in as well.

Despite the fact we weren’t greeted or had a friendly welcome in, we ordered our ice creams which were ok. Flavor selection was kind of basic, but I’m more so disappointed in the quality service. I’m not sure if it’s because it was closer to closing times, but the two young ladies were very distasteful, and had lazy attitudes.

Not to mention, as we were ordering I had took a glance around the parlor and seen two teeth retainers sitting on the table. Absolutely disgusting. I can’t fathom coming back to this location. Wish I would have went to...

Absolutely Dreadful dreary and downright never will go back in my life. No personality, felt straight negativity as in "I don't want to be here" mentality and constantly was talking on the phone and acted like they were entitled brats. If i was the manager I would have fired every single one of them. will not be returning.
