If i could rate this a 0 I would!!!! Guy at counter was VERY rude. After seeing a movie with my family (my husband and four kids) we wanted to continue the fun. Sadly when I approached the counter the gentleman (I’m being nice) said in a rude tone “yes” I I return said “hello how are you?” He says (again VERY rude) “can i help” (not in a customer service friendly tone)!!! In my mind in that split second I decided to decline services and spend my money elsewhere! Apparently we were not customers he wanted at his business. Which is fine, maybe he should put a sign up that’ll element the hassle of dealing with his extremely rude attitude. Hope those that he caters to continue to support him! The food and service inside were great. The waiting was NOT! They were texting our cell phone when we could go in. We received a text that our wait time was 15 minutes! About 2-3 minutes later, we received a text that our wait time was INCREASED to 43 minutes, and that 4 WAITING PARTIES were ahead of us. This restaurant says WE ACCEPT NO RESERVATIONS wherever their phone number is displayed. Is it a deception? I'll let you decide.. Anyhow, after discussing the problem with the 2 hostesses, one was still adamant about our wait time; the other saw the light of day and saw to it that we were seated in 15 minutes! A very nice place to play mini golf. The course was a good length with a good amount of technicality. It could stand to be more challenging. but they're working with a limited amount of space and did great job with that, and it seems like a good place to bring kids so that's nice. The addition of an ice cream shop is a very nice touch. The "water ice' is just Luigi's, which is not a big deal, I just assumed that it would be a drink or something.
