I am so disappointed by the customer service my friend received at this location. She was treated so unfairly by one of the female reps while doing a return. She went in to this Middletown location at 1PM today, April 22, 2019 to return snacks and candy she had purchased at another Target location on Saturday, the 20th -- all things that were going to be used by the youth's ministry at our church. It turned out that we no longer needed any of those snacks, so we went in during her lunch break to take everything back. The exchange between the rep and herself was cold; the rep very sternly asked my friend, "So you bought all of these snacks and now just want to return them?" to which she finished off saying, "You realize now we have to throw these away, right?" she kept rolling eyes at my friend and did not say anything else. My friend had told her to have a good day and she just looked at her and said, "Next" calling for the next customer. It was very dehumanizing. It is within Target's policy to give a full refund within 30 days if receipt and original form of payment are present.    Read moreI visit this Target about 5 times a week. I work in the local area and often visit to stroll around on my lunch break or grab a cup of coffee at the Starbucks. However, this is definitely not one of my favorite targets, in the area, due to its sub-par organization, cleanliness, and product offerings. It basically looks like the day after black Friday, in some department of the store, every time I visit. Also, with their product offerings, they seem very slow with getting in new products. You will not find the latest apple products when they're first released here, nor will you find the most recent versions of many popular Bluetooth speakers (even ones that have been out for a significant period of time).
In conclusion, this Target gets the job done. I will still continue to visit daily during my lunch break. However, I would much rather visit another location if it were more convenient. My complaints may be petty, but I just find the shopping experience at this Target below what I get at...
   Read moreHas a lot of things no other Target has. The one thing that is bad is that they shut down the uscans too early. I like the uscans but i have to go stand in line behind 12 other people because they have one register open an hour and a half before closing time and no uscans. To me this defeats the purpose of uscans. Can't get out quickly after 8:30 because they start shutting them down and give you a mean look if you walk up to one while they are shutting down the other's. I think you should be able to use the uscans at least until 15 minutes before closing time. Plus they start turning the lights out 15 minutes before closing which makes people have to run to the front, like cattle, only to stand in a long line. I have been in other Target's in other states where they don't do this, they treat their customers better so, it must be the louisville area target's that get away with this.
