I have to down grade my stars ,pay attention why,, it's not the staff its you, because The kiddos always love to play hear. Its safe clean and so much fun for us all , The staff are always helpful and friendly, and they interact well with the kids . I can't think of one bad thing to say about the staff. But hears the big problem. hear lately... some of there favorite attractions, the funniest ones of all time, the main reason the kids want to come hear and fly high , you know like the zip line,The mega high jump into the pit, k and the big air bag jump, they are always closed , do to staffing problems, ya the kids still have a lot of fun on the lighter boring attractions. Like jumping and climbing, but the past three time we came. The kids left feel disappointed and upset as parents , We just feel like we wasted are money for nothing, the reason they come and get excited about this place , all three good attractions have been closed, at the same time.. so 🤷 we haven't been coming any more.We have been going elsewhere. Hey look what's the point in coming, if the best parts are always closed .down.. The kids get really disappointed 😞 so we just stopped coming, it's just not woth spending all that money , only for the kids to leave upset because what they really wanted to do there. is always closed closed. Listen I'm responsible , I can understand once, hay mabe even twice. but the last three times in a row and all three major attractions closed at the same time , we even called ahead and they said they where open . but when we got there. they where all three closed. Three different times in a row . once again all three big attractions closed,at the same time , they say it was do to staffing shortage. Wepl I have to quit you all , this relationship is filled with to many disappointments for my kid's, I'm sorry but we had a good run In you know in The beginning, me and you and the kids . but my two sets of twin boys are so sad , many sad faces leaving your business the last three times I. Row , it's time we move on with this relationship that we had together. You made a lot of promises that you broke to are kids , and then you teased are kids , you did a bate over The phone to get us there. But then you switched us at the door. With broke promises ,they where there ,you where not there for them . you told them they see it.look at it , but they cant use it... and it broke there hearts, you broke there hearts, 💔 😢 we payed to play, fair and square ,but you only played us , so we would pay you. And there only kids , man they...
Read moreBooked a birthday party with a set amount of kids (as in, they knew months ahead of time how many we had coming.) We arrived, the place was PACKED with several other huge groups including a lot of much older teen kids (with a group of 4-6 year olds booked ahead of time, I wish they would be mindful about filling it up with teenage party groups, for safety reasons). Had a bad encounter with an inappropriately rude staff member—I’ll be calling Defy privately about that. We got to the party room which was set for about half the amount of kids we had booked for. We didn’t have enough chairs, nowhere NEAR enough plates, cups etc. We couldn’t find a staff member to bring us more supplies so we ended up having to get into the the supply closet to even get enough cups and plates for all the kids. I was told specifically on the phone three days ahead of time by the party planner that they provided a cake knife; they didn’t, as it turns out, and we had to hack into our poor three-layer cake with an old kitchen spatula they dug out of somewhere. We didn’t have cake plates or utensils, so we again had to raid their supply closet ourselves. Thank goodness we found the closet and at least got the kids fed before we left. Had the party room for an hour and we were getting out of there within 25 minutes. A total disaster. This was a terrible experience for a pricey birthday party. We will keep jumping here on random weekday mornings, as our general experience here has been alright, but I would never again hold a birthday here—their staffing and prep was an absolute nightmare.
I rarely write reviews but want to save another stressed out mama from dealing with this sort of disaster on their kiddos birthday. It’s way too expensive to be dealing with stuff like running out of utensils and plates or not having chairs for all the kids.
Stick to popping in unplanned for jumping, do not book...
Read moreLast attempt to enjoy at family outing at this location. It is now completely apparent that customer retention, satisfaction nor safety is remotely a concern much less a priority. Luckily for them, the waiver you are forced to sign prior to entry removes them from any liability as well as any motivation to improve it. Staff at the front entry and within the play areas is sparse and those available are completely oblivious to anything other than what color arm band you are wearing and the apparent inconvenience your presence is causing them, unless you are with a party. Those who book parties seem to be the only ones given any courtesy or focus. The manager stays close to the party rooms and their guests, but will make an appearance should you make the mistake of asking Staff at the front entrance for change to purchase a much needed refreshment from the sole source available which happens to be vending machines. Vending machines that only take $1 dollar bills, debit cards or coins and there are zero change machines. “Unfortunately, we do not give out change because it causes us to run out for the register because we have so many people coming in. But I can get my manager and you can speak to them if that’s a problem?” The play area had 2 staff stationed at two specific areas and 1 who continuously walked back and forth between the two. Outside of the two stationed areas I seen no real supervision. If you are a parent who actually watch your children, be prepared to be on your toes and have your patience tested to no end, so please bring your best “A” game! If not, you may have just spent your hard earned money for your children to do nothing more then stand and watch or worse, get trampled on. Even though it pains me to do so, I did give it 2 stars, one because my children truly had fun on what they were able to experience and the...
