Was very excited to check this place out, and it was decent but a little pricey. Saw a post about smash donuts being $5 each but apparently not all smash donuts are the same because our family did a takeout of 4 and after my tip, the total for $46! We all liked all the donuts and actually only ate half because of how filling & sweet they were. We threw the leftovers in the freezer and had them later in the week and they were still yummy, so $9ish isnt too crazy, its just that it was double what we expected to pay.

There was an incident when i came for my pickup where a lady in front of me threw a drink in an employee’s face and honestly the 2 young girls working handled it best they could. Only thing I would have done is not give that lady service after the rudeness. At that point it was past closing time & even with that craziness, they were still friendly in conversation to me, happy to serve me, and got everything done in a timely manner.

Brought the kids for Good Friday for the first time. Shop is very cute and the menu has a wide variety. Everything we ordered was delicious and quite decadent. However, the service was extremely poor. We ordered 5 smash donuts, and 2 milkshakes with donuts plus bottled waters. The first smash donut out was incorrect. The young girl making it looked at me like I had no idea what I was talking about when I told her it wasn’t what we ordered. She didn’t begin to remake it until the girl who took our order confirmed that it was indeed wrong. Then she handed me another smash donut that was clearly missing a topping - the Nutella Crunch Smashdonut was without the buttery crunch topping. When I asked about this she stated “we don’t have that, I don’t even know why it’s on the menu” and handed me the incomplete donut. No apology. No offer to add a different topping or change my order. The other workers just stared blankly like they had no idea what to do. On top of all this the music was so loud you could barely speak to anyone. I was excited to try this. In ordering the young man was helpful fun. I ordered a create your own smashed donut with birthday cake ice cream, fruity pebbles, lucky charms, with no icing and a strawberry mango refresher. My son did a cyo smashed donut with coffee ice cream, brownie topping with no icing and a tango refresher. It was over $30. BOTH refreshers came out quick and were very old tasting like fermenting fruit. The smashed donuts were good and nowhere near as sweet as I thought they were going to be, which is good, because we didn't get the icing. The birthday cake ice cream didn't have a lot of birthday cake flavor but the coffee ice cream was great. My toppings were not correct. They ended up giving me captain crunch, trix, and fruity pebbles. I still enjoyed my donut, but wouldn't order another refresher.
