You don’t often go mattress shopping, but when you do it should be a great experience. Dan made that happen! From the moment we stepped into Sleep Outfitters, we felt at ease with the cleanliness and covid protocols that were taken well beyond measure. Dan greeted us with a smile (wearing a mask but you could see him smiling with his eyes!) and made us feel right at home. The facility was beautiful, mattresses were great quality, and the hospitality was top notch...but we of course needed to do our due diligence and shop around before making a decision. Not one, but all other mattress retailers we visited didn’t even come close to Sleep Outfitters. We immediately returned to Dan and made our purchase. I'm downsizing my bedding and actually contacted another company over the phone this morning after doing online research for the items I wanted to buy and have delivered. They couldn't come through or satisfy my request, so I called Sleep Outfitters Middletown.
