I have always purchased my furniture from Aaron's but I will not be purchasing any from the Midland store. I went in, picked out the living room set, they told me they couldn't deliver it that same day, which is understandable. I told the lady me and my husband both work 12 hour plus shifts everyday and if they could call me ahead of time, before delivering so I could meet them there. She assured me they would call before they left the store, when they were on the way, and when they were at my door. I made sure it was clear, I needed them to call me ahead of time, because I can't just get up and leave my job. Needless to say, I never recieved a phone call from them telling me they were on the way. The guy gets attitude when I told him through the doorbell camera they were supposed to call me several times before heading to my house, as he's walking away, he says "we did twice". ( I didn't have one missed call that day or any voicemails left) so I call the store to reschedule the delivery. being as I can't just get up and leave work unless I let them know at least 30 minutes ahead of time. She says they can't reschedule delivery, I would have to go pick up sectional myself I told her that would not be possible the lady said would you like to cancel the furniture so I canceled it I have never seen a company so lazy to not even try to resolve such a...
   Read moreI was supposed to get a delivery after 3pm. I got a call around 1pm that said they were at my apartment. I told the guy that I wasn’t home because I wasn’t expecting the delivery until after 3pm. I told him I was on my way. When I got here no one was here. I called the store and the representative said that he would call me back after he talked to his GM. I waited almost 3 hours for a call back. Nothing. I called the store again. I got someone else that said they called and left a message this morning before 10am to let me know about the delivery being earlier. I had no call or voicemail. He was nice enough to offer just to cancel my order. This is horrible customer service. I’ve been at home for hours waiting for some communication just to be told it is going to have to be rescheduled. Again this is horrible customer service and I really hate that I’m in spot where I need what they offer. They had the appliances for a week in the store before calling to schedule delivery, they then rescheduled delivery 2 times I was able to wash 2 loads before the washing machine brand new btw motor went out. I called to schedule service. Was told I was on the schedule waited all day called at 5 and still no one had showed up, was told I was still on the schedule and I’d get a call, 7:15pm received voicemail saying 15 minutes out. I was hope so I wasn’t worried about it, they NEVER showed up- so I called and called and store was closed. So I called the 800 customer service number to speak to someone. Was told I’d get a returned call- no one ever called, had to physically go to the store to speak to someone and they still took a payment out of my account for appliances and services not rendered. I’m contesting charges with my bank but I told them to come get their shit before I put it on the streets. I went and bought the same appliances...
