Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Midland

Well it was an experience. Went in for the new crazy puffs. I didn't anticipate them being like a 'hot n ready' I knew we would have to wait a little bit. That's fine. Went back to the car, waited. As we are waiting there is crowds of ppl going into the shop. Time was approx 430pm. My lapse time was about 15 mins. I went back inside to a long line. Waited in line and I could see the prep table. There were my puffs. Sitting there in the medal cupcake tin. They sat there for about 10 mins bc the lady working proceeds to finish a mans order who ordered his food after me. I saw ppl using this location like a fast food service....it's not... Order ahead unless you are getting an actual hot n ready. If you walk into a location and order expect to wait a few mins. That's fine. But let's not all gather and hover the counter pressuring to get your order first. (To the man who got his 7 pizzas before me and order after me 🙄) The whole experience was horrible. The customer service was terrible. And what I saw standing in line waiting, I wish I could unsee. To the manager:: you need help scheduling. Your workers need more help...it's obvious. I am a frequent customer of this Little Caesars on S Saginaw Rd in Midland MI. I have always had good service and food. Unfortunately tonight was not the case. After picking up my order from the portal I noticed I had received pizza sauce and not the garlic sauce I thought I ordered. Not a big deal I waited for a chance to ask the girl at the counter if I could switch the sauce I must have ordered the wrong one. She said because of Covid she can’t switch the sauces and I would have to pay $0.59 for the sauce. It seemed pretty petty for a $0.59 sauce. I walked in for the portal without my wallet. That is the point of convenience right. So after telling her this she said ok sorry. Then proceeded to offer the pizza sauce I didn’t want to anyone in the store that wanted it for free because I touched it.... wow never have I felt so embarrassed. She put up a right for the $0.59 then try’s to give away a sauce in front of my face. How sanitary also not a single worker had on masks or gloves. Topping it off burnt pizza. I ordered last night for a small get together. The order came on time, however it was less than okay quality. The cheese pizza was over cooked, the breadsticks were burnt, and it was just meh.

On top of that, it was raining and our delivery driver was RUDE as all ever. I opened the door and instead of handing me the order she just opened the bag at me. Maneuvering is hard since I am 8 months pregnant so I grabbed two pizzas out and turned to put them down on my side table and she snapped and said “hun I’m getting wet I’ll just put these down here” and proceeded to put the pizza boxes on the floor and walked away. Yes ma’am it is raining but I do have a covered porch and I cannot easily bend down to get it off the floor. Also she should not put the food I ordered on the floor.
