Getting very tired of having to delay a delivery because I can't print invoices. Why? I have to keep driving back to replace faulty Cartridge World cartridges. They are either not filled completely, fouled, or the electronics are worn out. This used to be a great cost alternative that is now more trouble than it's worth. I have tried to relay this frustration politely and get "well bring it on up and we'll replace it". When I get there, there is always a lengthy (some times imaginative) assignment of blame to some other cause for the problem.
I appreciate replacing the cartridge, that's wonderful, except when the next cartridge is as crappy as the last and I end up buying new, anyway. Worse, I'm treated as though I'm unreasonable and that the guy is doing me a favor. Just happened again. You'd think Cartridge world would issue a credit for the downtime I'd spent dealing with a faulty product, not to mention the materials I'm out every time I have to play with continuously printing new alignment and test sheets, etc. before I bring the crap cartridge back... then having to do it all over with the replacement cartridge!
If there is a problem in my business, I own it and do my best to go above and beyond the call to make things right. Then again.. my work does not fail six out of every ten times I do it. Too much to expect? If a sixty percent failure rate is fine by you, and all the runaround that goes with it is worth it to you, by all means go ahead. As it stands, counting all of the above...it actually costs me more using this store than...

Day 2 returned cartridge, and basically paid full price for the XL. Get home and cartridge doesn't work on my printer. Day 3 walk in store to return defaulted cartridge and 2 black dog's start running twards me barking. I turned around, took the loss and went across street to Walgreens. I understand it's a small company however, its not very professional having your dog's bark at customers when they walk into your store.....
Update I came in there and the owner did make it right. That was...
Read moreThey have generally given me good cartridges at good prices; replaced cartridges for free when a cartridge didn't pan out. They have helped me with a printer over the phone or in person when I needed it at no extra charge. They go way over and above the call of duty and prove their loyalty to their customers over and over. They also recycle ancient printers that are kaput and...
