I got screwed big time. Head's up to all who may need a little bit of cash and think of taking your high-end items here... DON'T. Trying to get over my grief of no longer having my child in my life, I took her stuff to a place i thought she'd want me to take them. Her items consisted of: A Nintendo 3DS XL Galaxy Edition with stylus, charger and hard case, a Secret Rare almost mint Dialga in a glass case, brand new unopened Nintendo Switch Legend of Zelda game, previously priced Pokemon cards each worth over $20 with some graded in the $100s range, heavy industrial binders that 1,000s of cards were kept in, Nintendo 3DS games including Pokemon Moon, Pokemon Ultra Moon, Okami, Pokemon Mystery Dungeon and a few others, tins upon tins filled with premium pokemon cards, and a few other items also worth great value. ALL which he claimed added up to no more than $300. He had his employee grade the $500 Secret Dialga card as a 5 when his employee had looked at it the day before and told me he'd have to wait til his boss got there before he could dish out that kind of money, however, in front of the owner the card somehow depreciated in value. Please keep in mind my child did not play with her cards, rather, she collected them and kept them in pristine condition as she treasured them. If I hadn't needed the money for the unexpected hardships I was facing at the time, I NEVER would have taken $300 for everything. The barely used Nintendo 3DS XL Galaxy Edition goes for $300 by itself on eBay and that's not including the charger, stylus, and hard case.

This guy screwed me BIG TIME. I wish I had more hands so I could give this place four thumbs down. Additionally it didn't help that I watched him really screw over an African American guy with his trades also before...

Super friendly staff! I went in on a day where both owners were present and they were both super nice! Both were preoccupied with customers so I took the time to browse the mountainous selection they offer. They have, EVERYTHING, from retro game consoles to brand new pokemon cards, anything my nerdy heart disired i could have. It took all my will to not buy everything they had for ghostbusters, but I was there for pokemon. I approached the counter and was very quickly greeted by one of the nicest men i’ve had the pleasure of meeting. I let him know i was in the market for pokemon cards, singles to be specific. He quickly broke out the multiple (very thick) binders from the top shelf and allowed me full reign of them. After I picked out my very well priced cards, it took him all but a minute to have me ringed up.

TLDR 5/5, would absolutely recommend this store. The prices are very reasonable and as I said the staff are super super super friendly! The selection is abundant and diverse, with plenty of retro and modern toys and...

Such a pleasure to do business with some very nice people this morning. Brought in a Deadpool comic and sold it to help me recover from moving expenses. Was never low balled, negotiated to a reasonable and really fair offer that would help me out. The employees was extremely knowledgeable and handled with care to insure his scrutiny left no blemish undetected. They made me feel comfortable knowing I was handing over that treasure to someone who appreciates well-taken care of treasures like that one. I was telling my daughter about some of the great retro consoles they have and how good their customer service was, she too wants to visit. They have earned this patrons attention to list it as one of the "GO-TO" spots for some nice nostalgic isles of historical bliss.
