I am extremely unsatisfied with Desilu's. So, I schedule an appointment with them on Wednesday over the phone for a full body groom, for my 11 month old Maltese, on Saturday of that week. When I get there, they tell me I don't have an appointment. Nonetheless, they say that they will try to squeeze my dog in between appointments (they said they were completely booked that day). So we leave, hang out for two hours, get a call saying our dog is all done, and come back to pick him up. First of all, I asked them to blow dry my dog a little extra so he doesn't have fur flying around because of my sensitive allergies. I get him back and he has fur flying everywhere. But I can get over that. Then, they tell me I scheduled an appointment THREE WEEKS AGO. I didn't even know about them three weeks ago! Not to mention the fact that I called them for the first time earlier THE SAME WEEK!! But again, we brush it off as human error and pay. We are already out the door when the lady from the front desk chases us outside to tell us they don't take Discover. Should have told us in the first place! So, we have to go back inside to pay, AGAIN! At this point, we are more than a little cranky. Still, we brush it off and leave. Unfortunately, what really bugs us is when we get home and find that his teeth were not cleaned properly. We payed an extra $10 to have his teeth poorly cleaned. He still had build-up of tartar all over his teeth. I know they were busy and possibly overbooked, but I paid $63 to get my dog properly groomed and that is not what happened. He had some tangles and matted fur that they took care of, which we appreciate, but they also completely missed two VERY LARGE tangles on his tail. On top of all that, he is now rubbing his butt all over the floor because they did not properly express his anal glands. Needless to say, we will NOT...

I have taken my puppy to these groomers 3 times.

Since my puppy is very “high energy” and doesn’t especially like the grooming process, I accepted the disappointing outcomes of our first 2 visits and maybe attributed them to my puppy’s…lack of cooperation…But after 3 visits, the same groomer never trimmed her nails- even once!! And the first 2 visits she came up with a variety of excuses why she couldn’t provide the services my puppy needed.

But, still I kept blaming my puppy’s behavior so we scheduled a 3rd visit…

Yesterday I brought her in for her first real haircut- there were several areas on puppy that were matted and probably needed to be shaved- but groomer McKenna decided to shave my puppy from head to toe- and, once again, never touched her nails.

We will not be returning to this groomer and I would not recommend them to anyone I noticed a couple of things in your response- first, I didn’t realize your groomers demanded or need “anonymity “…since you claim they always provide excellent service

Second, nobody ever tried to reach me that day- not even once!

Also, I notice you never addressed the fact that Gia’s nails, after 3 visits were never trimmed! In spite of your excuses, I stand...

This was my second and last time going there. I have no complaints about the grooming but how I was treated left me wondering how they treat my puppy after I drop him there? I went in there after an hour of dropping my puppy just to check how much longer it might take. I wanted to wait in case if it was around 30 mins because last time they finished his grooming in around 1.5 hours only. One of the groomer as soon as I entered the boutique just snapped at me and said no your dog is not done yet, we will give you a call. Her tone was so unnecessarily aggressive, I was taken aback! (she was also aggressively shaving the poor dog she was grooming) My husband while collecting our puppy complained to the front desk person about what happened and she said she isn’t surprised that particular person behaved that way.

This left me wondering what if she handles my puppy one of these days and how she will behave with him. He is a very sensitive baby and would be traumatized. I would never be able to trust you guys with him ever again. And I want other parents to make sure they check who is...
