BEWARE, our card got charged FOUR TIMES with NO EXISTENCE OF OUR PURCHASE IN THEIR SYSTEM!!! Thousands of dollars! While we love the items from this store, the experience with the company has been absolutely horrific. We were told that they do not have a “smart” system and encouraged by their staff to enter our card on our mobile device to do a same day item pick up for a furniture set we picked out, the employee showed us navigation on the phone and instructed everything. Our bank account was deducted, but it kept saying the order would not go through and we couldn’t take the item, so this happened 4 times. There is no phone number for the staff to even call about it, they continued to tell us we have to email customer care, and that if they emailed, they wouldn’t get a response right away, and it’s quicker for the customer to send it. They continue to say that since our bank is showing it as “pending” it shouldn’t affect our funds, but it obviously does bc we can’t cover other things on our card right now. Yet our order history on our At Homes account says we have nothing in it, and again - we cannot even take the item. It’s impossible to speak with anyone on the phone from this company and it’s absolutely absurd, the person who was managing at that time was polite but not helpful, kept telling us that the person he answers to is gone for the day and there isn’t anything to be done, after a long time of explaining that this is unacceptable and there has to be someone he can call, he finally called his local manager who did come to the facility, and was able to do things that the first person said weren’t possible, so he clearly lied about available resources. Read moreI REALLY want to like this store. I've only bought one item here after a year and a half of visiting monthly, looking for items in my first ever place on my own.
What I bought was an overpriced plastic garbage can (almost $40 for a 10 gallon PLASTIC trash can). Unfortunately, it was the only one I could find that matched my kitchen.
I've looked for a dresser, bedside tables, wine rack, storage, couch, pantry cabinet, etc. Either they didn't have what I needed, or it was WAY too expensive.
For a place that should be cheaper than an actual furniture store, I'm disappointed. I'll be looking elsewhere, like Walmart.
Honestly, I'd rather have a new store put in here. Even the damaged items are overpriced.

No one was at any of the registers. I stood there for 10 minutes until someone came up. This employee took me to 4 different registers because they couldn't log in to cash me out. Obviously none of the registers were ready to cash out customers. This employee got on the radio to ask someone to come unlock the register. No one showed up By this point I had been at the front of the store for 25 + min waiting to get cashed out.
