I was there sat March 31 around approximately 7:30 pm and an obnoxious little man male manager was belittling an employee because she had changed her shoes too early because her feet were sore. This guy was so flamboyant and he was so ugly towards this poor girl. He had no regard for the customers who witnessed the incident, he probably spoke louder to put on a show so everyone would see his power, hear his rant in an obvious effort to humiliate the employee. He yelled across the store saying that he is sending this girl home early and would “write her up” This person should not be a manager as he is rude, lacks fortitude, and respect towards humanity. If he needed to coach the employee on company policy he should have done so respectfully and off the sales floor. ( really the store sells the shoes that the poor girl was trying to wear, so I don’t understand the issue) My words to you: Buddy, you are running a shoe store not...

Wheelchair accesible , automatic push button openers at major mall entrances , no Wi-Fi clean no obvious pandemic precautions . The Shoe Dept has been my go to spot the last few years. I do a lot of running and the right shoes are important. The Shoe Dept has one of the best selections in town for everyday, workout and dress shoes. The staff is very helpful, showing me some new options I hadn't considered from Under Armor and Sketchers. In the end the store manager (Dean or Dan) talked about his Asics that he wears all the time. I've had pretty good luck with Asics and found the right fit.
