Cinnabon — Restaurant in Millcreek Township

Extremely disappointed in my friends and I’s service today. We were at a stand up session, in the middle of the mall, at around 6:50 and they close at 7:00. Right as I got up to order the lady, immediately said we close in 5 minutes, in a stern voice, when we had 10. My friends and I were counting out our change, and asked how many of an item you get in a package of cinnamon bites. It only took us about 2minutes, if that. As we were doing this, the lady was very unfriendly with us, tapping on the counter, checking her watch and even turned off the lights as we were looking!! I work at a restaurant and even if a customer came in the last minute before closing we would treat them with as mush respect as our first customer of the day! Very rushed and unfriendly service. service was awful. we came 10 mins before closing. perfectly fine. we were super nice and followed the safety/corona guidelines. we took 2-3 mins max, i was with 2 other friends so we were just counting our change out.. the lady said in a rough voice “you got 5 MINS.” when we had 10. she then tapped on the glass and checked her watch every second we were there. being extremely rude. It is wheelchair Accesible, no Wi-Fi ,got the cinnamon sticks as I heard they were good ,they were a hit on the stale side and pretty hard , they were definitely not up to the hot fresh super tasty cinnamon products the company is known for . It may have been location or management related I am not sure , I will try it again at different time before condemning it , although a Saturday afternoon should be a prime time to be presenting your best product to customers .
