The staff are very helpful and interested in helping you find your best options. They go above what I'd expect from a chain and even keep customer profile cards for frequent customers. I've had hand-written notes from their staff on my local ads, which tells me I've probably been here too often but really does show a personal interest in their customers.

Overall very good staff with a consistently good experience. Eddie Bauer also has pretty good products and there aren't many other good outdoor brand...
