Hot Topic — Local services in Millcreek Township

Store was small, but had nice stuff. Main reason I’m giving a one star review is because of the absolute terrible service I received. I tried to pay for my shirt and was told I had to give my number. I gave it and the cashier girl with the red hair said I wasn’t in the system. I said that was fine and I was ready to pay. She asked if I wanted to join the rewards program. I asked what it was for and she explained. I said no thank you because I didn’t want it because I wasn’t even from Pennsylvania and hardly ever came to Hot Topic. The other woman said that I should do it because it was free and it was just like a grocery store rewards card. I again said no. The red haired girl asked me again if I wanted it or not even after that and I said for the 4th time no thank you. And she still kept pressuring me to sign up. I kept saying no again and just wanted to pay. After I told them no for the last time, the girl with the red hair had a very rude attitude and when I said thank you after she checked me out, she ignored me. Then when my boyfriend tried to pay for his stuff after I was done, she basically refused to speak to him. All she said was what his total was then said “I assume you don’t want to join the rewards program either then”. He said no and we left without her even saying thank you or anything else. Good selection of items, but only if you're keeping track of current trends and fads. T-shirts aren't that pricy and they have great deals. Perfect location if you're looking for accessories, blankets, etc from some of your favorite IPs.

What gives this store the five for me is the staff. They're always the most relatable staff from any store in the area, hands down. They really know how to connect due to their, most times, knowledgability and relatability with the content that reps the merchandise in their store.

My family and I love this restaurant, the food is amazing and the employees are super nice and actually take a min.to slow down and listen to what u want, it's a issue iv came across so much these days so it's so nice that they listen!
