Sbarro — Restaurant in Millcreek Township

I would not recommend. I ordered 2 stromboli combos and a 2 slice combo, which I told 2 people my order. They said that they didn't have plain cheese and I asked if I wait for it. He said yes go wait over by the register. The guy at the register asked me if I ordered. I told him yes and he took my order and I paid. Tyler R then asked me to come back and asked what I wanted and told him I already ordered and paid. He then proceeded to tell the cashier he did it wrong and wasn't supposed to ring me out till after they gave me the order. He then proceeded to ask me what all I ordered even though I had already told them. So I repeated it to him. I said we ordered the combo with the salad. He was getting an attitude at this point and asked what kind of salad I wanted. I said house salad and he repeated what kind of salad. I said the house salad, the one that's not Ceasar. When I got the order, the stromboli was burnt, and we were given a Ceasar salad. My wife went back up to ask about the salad. menu says 2 1 topping pizzas for 28.99. never ever once was told pepperoni dosent count as a topping go to pay and they tell me pepperoni is not a topping. been there multiple times before with same order and never had a issue... not coming back until y'all fix that issue your employees have saying pepperoni isnt a topping and automatically comes with it. they should have said that when i was placing the order and saved me an hour worth of nonsense hassle... staff was also rude...

Most days the pizza is good. But sometimes they put way too much seasoning on the pizzas and you can't even eat them they taste terrible sometimes. I've always liked their pizza but I got some for a party and no one at the party even wanted to eat it because there was far far too much seasoning on it like literally it was caked in it and I spent a lot of money on these pizzas...
