Bubble House — Restaurant in Millcreek Township

Got a Peanut Butter Surprise (without banana) smoothie for my daughter. Didn't have much of a peanut butter flavor and very little, if any peanut butter cups in it. Daughter was disappointed. Also ordered a Chocolate Rolled Ice Cream with Hershey's for my son, I see the gentleman take out cheese cake so I looked at my receipt and he put the order in such. I told him we ordered Chocolate with Hershey's he proceeded to say no you said cheese cake. I told him I would not of ordered that as my son doesn't even like cheese cake. He of course mumbled in his language something and then another gentleman came over and I told him that I ordered a Chocolate with Hershey's but the other gentleman put out it in as a cheese cake fantasy. He said he would make it for me. The one who took our order then went and sat down in the back. He was also talking the whole time we placed our order to someone, as he had ear buds in. I went to “Bubble House” this evening with my brother. I’m going to be completely honesty this place wouldn’t have been my first choice, but it was after 7 so it was our only choice. The man who took our order, Ahmed, was extremely rude, I work in retail and I know it’s rough to always maintain a positive energy, but there was no reason to be this negative. When my brother went to order his drink, the man rudely stated “ Of course you want a large” after very clearly looking up and down (my brother happens to be over weight and very sensitive about it). I’m not one to speak badly of small businesses, but this absolutely crossed the line. I can’t speak higher of the other gentleman working, he was making all of the drinks and even called Ahmed out making a rude comment about leaving a tip. Drinks taste fine, but I had to wait 25 minutes for 2 bubble teas and one of them was made wrong (switched the bubble flavor and tea flavor). The other people we were with got their orders right away without issue, but then multiple groups of people got their drinks before my partner and me. They seemed to have lost our order in the back and I had to tell employees what I had ordered 3 more times before they finally made it. One employee told me they were training new staff, but it seemed like there were more trainees than trainers present. The employees were kind but seemed totally confused.
