To be completely honest not many businesses around Erie area to even be in existence. I'd like to keep it short and sweet as they say when we got to keep it sweet but not short too many positive aspects to leave out. I dropped off my bracelet back in January of last year not having time or just naturally slip my mind I could not pick up my bracelet. It's unheard of nowadays one on one respectful meaningful service this gentleman gives day in and day out. I remember walking into this Jeweler approximately 32 years ago I am now a 38 walking in there with my father I can remember looking in the case is at all the shiny objects and him not even saying anything about how I'm smudging up the glass LOL. But today I picked up my bracelet not only gave it to me but he checked to make sure it fit perfect and that I was pleased jiri cleaned it wiped it down and put it back on my wrist as it was a gift from my mother the first Christmas we spent without my father and it was a gift each one of his sons received. I've been going to Fast-Fix for years for their 5 year watch batteries. My watches, I plan to keep a long time so 1 year batteries do not work for me. Today, I was particularly irritated with believing my watch battery was replaced last year and should be free today. The worker was very courteous and professional. He assured me I'd be refunded the cost of the battery if I had the card to prove the 5 year warranty. Happily I left with my watch working again and looked for the warranty card when I got home. I have 6 watches. I now have 5 warranty cards. Yes, I was there last year but for a different watch. I now feel a little guilty if the gentleman feels I was rude to him. I didn't bring the cards with me today because my watch died while I was at work and I did not stop home. The service I received was exceptional. I brought a necklace chain in that my mother gave me that unfortunately broke to get fixed. The break is not in the best place to get fixed. It is about 50 years old and goes with a locket my mom gave me. It was going to cost $35 to get soldered back together. I didn’t like the idea that there would be a soldered piece showing when I wore it so I decided against it. Instead the young lady showed me.
