BRX has been exactly what my son Zach has needed. His baseball strength, skills, and confidence have risen to a much higher level than I ever dreamed of! I came to BRX on accident with my cousin for her softball while living with chronic elbow pain where it would hurt for 4-5 days in a row with no relief. I went to different surgeons, physical therapists, and pain specialists who could never quite get to the bottom of it. Then to hear that they had a different approach then others and had hope that they could fix it: it was too good to be true. I have been there now for a little over 3 months and am typing this pain free. Not even to mention I have increased my strength immensely and my sprinting numbers show it. How do I know this I have seen it for myself when our son looks forward to getting to the gym and working with the trainers as he does anything else he enjoys. BRX will not do the work for your son or daughter but will provide wise counsel and encouragement for the journey to get " Bigger, Faster and Stronger" in any sport they have chosen to play.
