I had an online order that was misplaced in the store. Your employee, Will, was exceedingly rude about it. I kept trying to ask him where it was, and he kept only belligerently telling me it wasn't there. I told him it was supposed to be there until the 24th at the end of the day and showed him my phone. he then insisted it was gone as of today because today is the 23rd. He wouldn't listen and just threw his hands up in the air (LITERALLY) and walked away. I was crying in your store for god's sake. When I was trying to get a refund from customer service, crying, he came up to the desk with it and blamed the amazon employee for missing it. He did not apologize, take responsibility, or even provide a resemblance of decent customer service. I am a disabled person(TBI) and was trying to have a fun day with my young daughter, who was also with me, and questioned me in the car why the kohls guy was so mean about my planter. I am so disappointed in this store right now. And Will, if you ever read this, your attitude was completely unnecessary. All you had to do was explain what was my next step, since my item was missing. You did not even tell me to go get a refund. I went to the desk on my own, because I was so lost at what to do next. We were waiting in line to return our Amazon products per Amazon return instruction at the participating kohl’s location. As it became our turn we were place aside by the kohl’s rep “Nena” and told by this rep that they would have to serve “all” kohl’s customer returns first before they can serve Amazon returns. The line was full with kohl’s customer returns who had bag full of clothing. All we had were two boxes that just needed to be scanned. Still we were skipped. When we question the kohl’s rep she stated that, “it was policy at Kohl’s that Kohl’s returns took “priority” over Amazon returns.” We were denied service because of this. After being skipped and told that we would not be serve until all kohl’s customer returns were served, I had to beg for my service. Nena did not comply but another rep came and helped us. I am very displease with the services for Amazons returns, if this really is the policy that is being up held here at Kohl’s it needs to be looked at and change. We waited in line and for our turn like all other customers and we should not be skipped for poor policy such as this. Nena display poor attitude, did not show any empathy tours our situation and continue to serve other customers while skipping us! She also agreed that the policy is flawed but continued...
Read moreMy visit today was to do an Amazon return I walked into the store and went to where the customer service desk used to be only to find it removed with no information to where it was moved in the store The whole time I was searching not one associate was anywhere to be found I spent the next 10 minutes finding it Then only to become even more confused by the signage pointing to a sign saying hassle free return just scan this qr code That qr code is for returning kohl's merchandise only The whole time I looking lost and confused by this The associates working nearby didn't bother to ask if I needed assistance or help They couldn't be interrupted when talking to each other I wasted 30 minutes in this store because they don't have any clear information for the amazon returns I did finally find the amazon return stuffed in an out of the way corner Ive returned things to amazon previously using whole food as the return point There all you do is walk in go to customer service/register 1 It's right next to all the other check outs You tell them what you need They take your return , scan the code and thank you Then wish you a good day/night as you leave
