Horrible. Like mind blowing horrible. I walked into the store on a Sunday evening with my three sons. Upon entering I was greeted with “we close in 4 min “ We were just stopping in because my oldest and middle sons wanted little chains (age 3 and 6). We walked over to the chains and my 6 year old found one he liked and I held it for him, my 1 year old grabbed it and dropped it, as this happened my 3 year old handed me one. I turned to ask the employee if this section was clearance. Instead of answering me, she explained that she had already cleaned the store and would appreciate it if my sons didn’t “tear the store up”. She grabbed the necklace my baby had dropped and hung it back up ( we were going to purchase) as this was happening my 3 year old took another one off the hook and told me he liked it, but this employee leaned over and literally snatched the necklace from my 3 year olds hand. He moved and stood close to me.she was scared, and as he told me later, he felt so sad. I asked the employee why she snatched it like that (again we were going to purchase) and she stated she didn’t want him walking out of the store. We were in the back of the store, I would never even let me son wander far enough from me to even leave the store if he wanted to, but here we were, this lady was accusing my 3 year old baby of stealing, and accusing us of tearing up the store. I was in disbelief. Her physically touching my son is a complete violation. Her rudeness was on another level. My sons are biracial, and I believe she was picking on them and us. She wouldn’t provide her name. Today I called to speak to a manager and there is no way to talk to anyone. I’ll be headed back in to resolve this. That employee had no right to grab anything from my child and I will ensure she is held accountable one...

SCAM ALERT!! I went into the store and purchased 4 pairs of earrings. While I was there I mentioned to the clerk that I was from out of town and excited to buy some earrings. BIG MISTAKE. As I was checking out, The clerk wrapped up my earrings real fast in black paper and handed me the bag. When I got home I realized I only had 3 pairs of earrings. I believe the clerk left out 1 pair of my earrings on purpose knowing that I was from out of town. Also, I paid cash for my earrings and never received a receipt. Too many things are adding up that this person willingly stole my pair of earrings. I believe this person is probably stealing from a lot of customers by how I was treated. When the clerk wrapped up my earrings in the black paper I couldn’t tell that he left 1 pair out. Like I said I think this going to happen to a lot of other people and it’s truly sad. This store doesn’t deserve even a star for their horrible customer service, and lies. I purchased a headband for a funeral. I specifically asked the employee if it doesn’t work if I am able to return it, she specifically said yes as long as you do it before the 30 day period today I went to return it the day before the 30 day to find out that I am unable to return it as they do not return hair accessories the only way to know that they don’t do that is after you purchase of the item which by then is too late I am extremely aggravated that I was lied to and now I have an item that can’t be used such a horrible store. I cannot believe how deceiving they are. If you can avoid shopping here you’re just wasting your money. What good as a return policy, if there’s nothing in the store that you can return based on...
