The ice cream is delicious, and the girl at the counter is friendly and always smiling. You can really see that you’re improving every day — love that you give a cup to keep the ice cream from leaking through the cone.The only downside is that the wait can be a bit long sometimes.

The man waited until we went through the selection steps and was ready to order when he snarkily said, we're closed. The frieking mall was hopping with shoppers and no one else was closed. My guest came All the way from The Netherlands to be treated snotty at the waffle stand? Not on my watch! I will NEVER spend money there and will tell all my friends what happened. Oh and to the cute girl at the other end of the counter, I wouldn't eat many more of those fresh baked waffles, not...

Super disappointed! It's my mom's birthday and she wanted to go to Puffle Waffle after seeing videos of the amazing looking cones that they made. We drove over 3 hours to get there. We arrived at 7:00pm only to find that they had closed even though their schedule said they were going to be open until 9pm. The look of disappointment on my moms face was absolutely saddening to me. We wasted most of her birthday to get up here and wasted fuel to get up here. 0/10 would...
