I have been coming to this location for 5 years and usually come about 2/3 times a week with my husband and baby boy who runs around the mall and plays with the fire truck machine First of all we love Jason he is an amazing manager and manages his store great he listens and cares about his customers. now I always get a black ice-tea with green jelly mango jelly boba and rainbow jelly I haven’t changed it in 5 years Now NORMALLY I DONT COMPLAIN!!! But tonight seemed off!! The girl with the pigtails on 9/19 seemed off!! Today I ordered my usual and husband grabbed our drinks while baby was running around I was chasing him so I wasn’t able to try the drink right away but when I was able to it tasted wayyyyy off bitter tasting now I knew there was noooo sweetener !! So of course I went to the counter talked to the pig tail gal and said sorry to bother you but this drink seems off!! And she said what’s wrong I said there’s no sweetener in it she back fired with a responds to noooo there is sweetener in there I said no miss there is no sweetener it’s very bitter she said noooo it’s made just fine and didn’t even offer to remake it for me!! She didn’t even believe me luckily Nun correct me if I spelled it wrong she intervened and said hmm umm she is here a lot and she knows her drink I am sure very well!!! She wouldn’t make it up!! I said thank you I am here a lot and I wouldn’t make this up!!! She gladly grabbed my drink and said would you like me to remake it!? I said yes I am so sorry she said noooo it’s not your fault we know you come here a lot and we know you know how it’s suppose to taste !!! She was soooooo warm and very apologetic for what had happened !!! And I lefted feeling like she really listened to my needs !!!
Point of my story is she made it right she always acts professional and I would promote her to be lead or shift lead she is amazing and very calm and relaxed and handle's situations with professional attitude! I work at starbucks and we get drinks made all the time it’s not a big deal we always help customers!! But that pigtail girl made me feel like my concerns didn’t matter!!! Or want to help!! She didn’t even say sorry to me for snapping at me. Nun deserves a recognition for going above and beyond and helping customers I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND her to a promotion Jason you gotta believe me on this one take my advice!!!!!! You could of lost a regular Customer if it wasn’t for nun!!!! I would trust Nun to run the store while you’re not there any day!!!! This occurred 9/19 around 7:20ish pm I never want to be that person who feels bad about returning a drink back!! Or feel like I am the problem!!
I wish the pigtail girl had a little more training on customer service and not snap back without hearing the whole story!! She made me feel really embarrassed.

Read moreI like this place so I don't have the heart to give them 3 stars but there's an incident that has recurred multiple times. Somebody who's making the drinks can't tell the difference between LESS SUGAR and NO SUGAR. Some boba teas are too sweet for my liking so I've asked multiple times for LESS SUGAR. I still like a hint of sweetness. Came home and realized that they added no sugar. To all of my drinks (ordered for a group).
