I was in a rush to get a 14k solid Miami Cuban bracelet adjusted so I could make sure to have it to wear home for Christmas as I inherited it once my grand mother passed away last year. I haven’t been able to wear it as it was too big and I just couldn’t get it adjusted with how this year has been busy.

So I called Jewelers all around the area and no one inspired confidence in me on the phone like Robert did. He was able to get me in for an appointment within minutes of calling (same day!) and get my bracelet adjusted. For the time and energy it took to remove two links from my bracelet, he definitely could have charged more. I would have gladly paid it! The work came out beautifully done, and he even linked and polished the links that were taken out! Like who does that?! Freakin’ Robert does at Rose City Jewlery. So now I’m able to wear my grand father’s Cuban bracelet home for Christmas. It feels great, honestly.

My wedding ring got damaged and Robert took exceptional care in helping my re-work vision come to life, to include repurposing stones from my original wedding band in combination with other stones from pieces that I did not use regularly... I'm thrilled with the results!
