Above and beyond customer service!! I ordered the Trudeau sectional sofa online and was going to pick it up in the store. To my disappointment, I realized that the chaise piece was on the wrong side. I asked store associate, Jacob, to cancel my order. Another associate or maybe the manager? Renee was with him and pointed out that the sofa comes with the left piece if I wanted it. I was pleased to learn that the couch would work out after all and I just needed to order the correct one online. After I left the store, I got a voicemail from Jacob saying that they actually had the left facing Trudeau couch in the store. A customer has placed it on hold but never picked it up. He told me that once their hold was up, I could come back the next day to pick it up.
The next day came and I called the store to make sure they knew I was going to pick it up. To my surprise, before I had even finished telling them what I wanted to do, the store associate already knew about it! They already placed it on hold for me and said I could pick it up anytime that day.
When I arrived to pick up the couch, it was super easy as the store associate already had the piece of paper with my information on it and even honored the 25% off coupon I initially used on the wrong couch. Renee and Jacob had arranged everything and I didnāt have to go through the trouble of explaining anything. Great communication all around!
Renee was there when I picked up the couch. She and everyone involved was so helpful! I love my new couch and itās better than I expected. Beyond that, I am so impressed by the fantastic customer service I received from everyone in the store, particularly, Jacob and Renee. I feel that they went above and beyond. They couldāve let me walk away with just the idea that Iād buy the couch online but they made sure to communicate and helped me get the couch in store.

We found some cute napkins on a full display shelf of other napkins all labeled the same price $13.99 set of six. Grabbed 6 napkins, got up to the counter to pay and the cashier is rude immediately starts ringing them up one by oneā¦says theyāre sold individually $7 each. $42 for napkins. I tried to say theyāre all there on the shelf like that and thereās no other price tag there but except for a tag stating $13 for a set of six. They proceed to argue with me to the point I simply left. Was like talking to a brick wall, total stupidity. Total apathy. Clearly itās a tactic. Itās thier literal JOB to price and display things but Iām the dumb one šOkā¦if they canāt handle something so small and easy as to price and put things the right way I donāt see how itās my fault š¤·āāļø but thatās how they treated me. Bought some elsewhere for a reasonable price. Wonāt be shopping...

From kitchen to dinning and even furniture, there is something for everyone here, even the kids! There is a large selection of candy from all over the world as well as, wine, beer, and other unique finds. The holiday season is the best time to come for special treats from around the world, because they are only here for a short period of time. I have never been disappointed anything I have bought here. I mostly come here for the treats, but I've been known to walk away with some cool dinner places, kitchen storage containers and holiday decorations. I could spend many hours...
