Bound is the second company I have gotten permanent jewelry from and the experience was by far the best. The customer service is beyond amazing and the owner is very responsive, kind, personable, and helpful. My mom had gotten a permanent bracelet from Bound at a work event and I wanted to match her, so I attended a Farmer Market that Bound was at the next day. I ended up choosing the wrong chain and when I DM’ed the company on instagram explaining the situation and asking if the have the other chain available for purchase, they were very understanding and offered to do the other chain free of charge. I have never experienced the level of customer service that Bound Jewelry does. The pricing is also AMAZING for permanent jewelry. I will recommend this company to everyone looking for...

Really enjoyed my two bracelets for the first month! Was promised playing casual volleyball wouldn’t harm the bracelet but after the first month both one of my bracelets and two of my best friend’s bracelets (who I got them with) broke off and we were unable to locate them. My friend found one of hers and took it back to be repaired and notified the store that the other broke off within one month of purchase and they offered a $10 discount on a new bracelet. For the price, the quality does not measure up. And it should be clearly stated that any physical activity with contact on your arms will harm the bracelets. Cute idea but not good for athletes...

The woman who helped my friends and I was personable and patient with us while we chose our charms. The selection of charms was nice, but I did not like the atmosphere of the space. The lighting and walls were very white and not cutely decorated. It was also hard to have multiple people looking at the charms at once since they were in a condensed space against the wall. A cozy atmosphere would go a long way toward making the experience of making the bracelet fun. Definitely more a place for permanent jewelry...
