Today was my first visit at this Spa. I was greeted by Aliyah when I walked in, she was so kind and genuinely welcoming. The Spa water she offered was the best I’ve ever had in any MN Spa. She gave me a tour of the women’s area, amenities and lounge. The entire space is beautiful. I had the Honey Haven Body Ritual with Jessica, and highly recommend it and her! She won’t disappoint. Kari was so sweet and offered me a glass of bubbles accompanied by macaroons and truffles! The hospitality truly matches the quality of the services and beauty of the facility. I will be back. My lunch was great too! I felt like I was on a vacation but just for four hours. The steam room was just a bit small, that’s all I can really criticize if I had to find something but I made a fellow new-mom friend in there so the company was good!

Cannot recommend this place enough. It is beautiful, relaxing, and luxurious. I got the birthday deal and it was SO amazing. I recommend bringing a swimsuit to be able to use the pool and hot tub, and your facial routine since they do not provide lotions or anything for your face.

Great experience, very nice staff, Natalie did a wonderful job with the massage and the amenities were wonderful. Definitely recommend!

Update: welp, the social media manager and the spa manager must have been trained differently, because, yes the manager called back, but to yell at my friend and tell her that "her employees (we spoke to one) are angry and upset, they don't like being called liars (you mean they don't like being called out when they are wrong?). The caucasity and white fragility just got me wondering. Anywho, oh my, do I love everything about Anda spa, ambiance, people, massage and attention to details. They messed up my birthday spa day with 3 of my friends. Apparently, the person that booked our services forgot to ask my friend for her card details, though my friend was told they had her both our details on file. However, by Sunday, 3 days to my birthday, Ms. Molly, another employee, decided that it was okay to cancel 4 reservations without due diligence, e.g. send voicemail (follow-up with an email), she also lied that she left a voice mail, which we checked and had none from the spa. Here's the sad part, when we called, she kept invoking their "policy," which was tone deaf for a rep. because you were the ones that made a mistake. Why tell us what your policy says when you were the ones who didn't do the right thing in the first place. she said the manager was going to call us. Well, 24 hrs. later, we are yet to hear from them. They didn't think this was important to address. Lastly, my friend felt bad because she knows this is my spot, and she called back to rebook the services and they told her (hear this): "we can't rebook you, because you escalated the issues.(The issue that your lackadaisical attitude to work caused!). I'm so disappointed in them, I've been here with my spouse, with friends and I love the spot. I'll be going to Anda spa. Respecting your customers should be the...

I booked a birthday spa day at Four Seasons Minneapolis for my friend, hoping for a memorable experience. Instead, it turned into a nightmare. Due to a lack of training on their written policies or a lack of group IT policies, they canceled the booking, and rather than taking responsibility, they handled the situation with shocking disrespect and rudeness.

What makes this even worse is that their treatment seemed influenced by the fact that I have a non-US accent. The manager called me a day later, but she attacked me instead of addressing the issue professionally or apologizing for their mistake. Her attitude was unprofessional and dismissive, which was both appalling and hurtful.

They kept reciting policies they couldn't adhere to as if that excuses their inability to deliver on what was promised. High-end isn't about price tags; it's about exceptional customer service and creating unforgettable experiences. Sadly, this spa fails miserably at both.

If they only want customers that look or sound like them, maybe they should time travel back to the sixties because that kind of exclusionary mindset doesn't belong in today's world. I specifically asked for a special experience for my friend's birthday, and they couldn't even provide that.

Four Seasons Minneapolis clearly isn't interested in making customers feel valued or welcome. Instead, they serve you disrespect and excuses—and then lash out when you call them out on it. I would never recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxury experience. They don't make the experience memorable—they make it...

My Four Seasons Spa experience in Minneapolis was so memorable. As soon as I stepped into the Spa, I was greeted with such kind hospitality and professionalism. As I was escorted to the men’s locker room, I was given a tour of all the amenities offered. Details always matter! From the clean feeling of the abalone rainbow pearl tile in the steam room to the plush lounge chairs in the pool room overlooking downtown… Everything about the facility made me feel in such a relaxed state. While waiting for my massage, I was also offered refreshments prior to meeting my masseuse. The entire staff goes out of their way to make sure your experience is that much more special. My masseuse was absolutely AMAZING! The attention to detail throughout my massage made me want to book my next appointment halfway through my service. I’ve laid on other massage tables in the past but nothing compares to the massage tables at the Four Seasons. From the plush warm padding of the table to the perfect pressure applied during my massage, as a leg pillow is placed underneath my elevated ankles almost put me to sleep instantly. The facilities are pristine and luxurious making it easy for me to let my body recover and recharge for the upcoming week. Lastly, I'm still thinking about the wagyu truffle bacon cheeseburger that I had poolside for lunch. I would travel all the way back to Minneapolis to have that meal again. I'm not exaggerating it was that good! Highly recommended to those looking for an experience that will revitalize the spirit mentally...
