I got a classic set done on Sunday April 7th for a classic set . The new client special was 115$ .. my total came to 132.25$ with tip included. Before I could get out of the chair some lashes were falling off but the lash tech corrected them so it was no big deal to me and overall I thought they were pretty. That evening headed home lashes were falling off on my cheek driving home from my appointment. The next morning I had whole lash extensions falling off all on my chest . Until where it looks like I needed a fill. I am afraid to do a lash bath because I think they will all fall off. I contacted the boss she offered to do them over but I declined because I live far and I was turned off to get them done over again from them . I asked for money back and out of 132.25$ she only gave me back 35$ when I asked for a partial refund . Meaning they still almost got paid 100$(initial price was 115$ ) all I received back was me giving a tip and maybe a couple of dollars. Overall I do not recommend this place to anyone . The lashes just fell off . I’ve gotten lashes for years and never experienced...

If I could leave zero stars I would, and I rarely write reviews, but this place is wild. I went to the location listed on their site, which I’ve been to once before, and waited 20 mins (the lash tech Charity was late last time so this didn’t ring an alarm bell). I was then informed they moved locations. Okay, that would have been good to know and was nowhere online. I then frantically called and texted their number repeatedly, and Mayowa’s voicemail was of course full. I even tried reaching out via Instagram messenger. The salon they used to work from was also trying to call to no avail. I then found a different address buried on their website and decided to try there. I need these lashes done today!! I then drove 20 minutes and found the address they have listed is actually a random thrift store in south Minneapolis. Why even have that address listed!? ls this like a front!? Does this business even exist!? I then called 10-15 other places before finally finding a new opening today. Insanely unprofessional. If you want your lashes done,...

First time getting lash extensions. Made an appointment for a natural Classic set with Dede and talked about having natural looking lash extensions....got charged for the price of a voluminous set at the end of the appointment ($140 vs $100 for a natural set). It didn’t seem right but I assumed there was a misunderstanding and she thought it was for a voluminous set and is what she did so I paid it without making a big deal about it. I got a refill today at a different lash place and my lash tech told me what I had on was a classic/natural set not a voluminous set and I was overcharged. I regret not speaking up when she charged me for the wrong set and upset that she probably knew what she was doing over...
