Excellent hygiene and sanitation, which is the most important thing. Masks, gloves, and clean tools used. Relaxing, tech was not chatty, and everything was comfortable. Lots of chipping on my nails and I wonder if it's the polish since it was quite quite matte prior to topcoat. A light was used, but isn't removing like gel so maybe it was just a dryer.
