We ordered to dine in me, my daughter and three grandchildren. We’ve been sitting here for an hour waiting for our food when they finally come over to ask us if we wanted to go boxes we let them know that the food was never served to us. they bring my grandsons pizza to them, but I am still waiting For my broasted chicken and my daughter is waiting for her chicken sandwich. One hour later we are still here with no food. The owner did come out and asked us what was wrong because I didn’t make my comments very loud and the owner did take over the bill for us, but still we’re waiting for our food. I will not be eating here unless I have two hours to spare.. When my order came 1 hour and 20mins. Later.. cooked from the supervisor himself…my chicken was raw! The chicken leg was raw and the breast was 2cm cooked and as I opened it more the inside was raw, frozen, defrosting…. I wanted to cry, not only was I still hungry and tired of waiting for my food… when it finally came it wasn’t cooked..it was RAW..I asked the manager..ARE YOU TRYING TO KILL ME!! and still my daughter chicken sandwich still hasn’t came out yet either! He hurried and took the meal basket from me and told me rthe cooks didn’t know how to keep the chicken down to cook (but earlier when he came to me and told me he wasn’t charging me but he’d cook my food because it was takin so long) now blaming someone else🤦🏽♀️ I grabbed my family and left! I WILL NEVER EAT HEE AGAIN, THE ONLY THING I LIKE ABOUT THIS PLACE WAS THE FIRST WAITER I HAD, HE WAS. ERY NICE AND TRIED TO BE HELPFUL WHEN HE SEEN HOW WE WERE BEING TREATED! I WILL BE CONTACTING THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT! what’s crazy is when they very first open years ago, I use to eat there so being in the area again and being so tired from being lording park Halloween party with my family..I thought we have a fast good hot meal..boy...
Read moreBeware!! If you don't magically know what their weird door policy is, you will get screamed at by an angry lady.
Ordered online. Parking was a nightmare so I got dropped off at the door to run in and grab the pizza quick. There was a double set of doors but the second set wouldn't open. An employee opened the doors for me and kindly explained I wasn't supposed to use this door. As he was POLITELY instructing me, a lady started yelling from across the restraunt demanding to know why that door was open, what was going on, why I was there. She screamed at me to get out. She was loud, boisterous, and flat out rude. Every single person in the restaurant was staring at me. The kind employee that was trying to originally assist me put his head down and apologized profusely.
The lady directed me back to the entry way where there is an order pick up window-I thought this was for delivery driver pickup! She then proceeded to explain the order process to me in a dramatic way as if I was a child, pointing out the order pick up sign and the door bell I was supposed to ring. She was extremely condescending as she explained this but at least she wasn't screaming anymore.
I got my $30 pizza and chose to stand outside with it in -3 weather until my ride came back because it was better than waiting inside with that kinda atmosphere.
I believe that lady was the manager. If she is screaming at a confused, paying, first time customer in the open like that.....I can't imagine how she treats her employees behind...
Read moreI ordered pizza and it never showed up. It took repeated phone calls to the store before someone answered. It then took ten minutes on the phone to figure out that their delivery service never came to pick up the pizza. The pizza had been just sitting there for an hour until i had to track it down. They told me they had no way of getting me the pizza, so i had to leave work to go get it, since i had a bunch of people waiting for it. Finally got to eat it about two hours after it was supposed to have been delivered.
Over the next week i called the store twice to talk to a manager about what happened. Twice i was told to wait for a manager to call me back, and twice i did not receive any reply. Sent an email through their website. No response for days. Finally got hold of someone tonight after a week of trying. They offered a $50 electronic gift certificate. This is nice i suppose, but the end result is still that i paid $85 for pizza that was not fresh. And if i did not spend a week repeatedly trying to contact someone about this, i would still be paying full price for delivery when the pizza was never delivered.
I like their pizza, but knowing that this hassle is a possible outcome of ordering from them makes me think I'll just go back to Pizza...
