I came to Michelle prior to a trip cause my normal lash gal was out of town and I was leaving the next day. A horrible experience! I’ve had my lashes done for four years now, and I have never experienced anything like this from somebody who says they have done this for many years. My normal lashes are healthy and so are the lashes that were on my eyes still. She added straight lashes that did not match at all, They were installed on my lid, which was super painful and she continually got my eyes, stuck with glue and prodded and poked to get them undone, which cut my eyelid and stung very badly with glue. I don’t ever write negative reviews, but for the cost of what she Charge me, everybody should be aware to not go to her for your lashes. She did end up refunding me my money, but I had to go to Mexico with horrible eyelashes that fell out in chunks! Very nice lady, tried to make it right and remove them prior to trip but I wanted her to not touch...

I've been going to Michelle now for over 2 years - I can say without a shadow of a doubt that she's one of the best, I wouldn't go to anyone else. Her space is clean, the atmosphere is pleasant, and she's timely and lovely to talk to. She cares about her clients - we've had to change my glue a few times due to my eyes reacting, and she's been knowledgeable about different products and quick about adapting if there's even a hint of an issue. The products she uses on her clients are top of the line, and she's constantly doing her research to find the best new products as well. In the time I've been going to her, I've had both her classic fill and her volume fill, they're both excellent! Michelle is very professional and accommodating. Michelle has been doing my lashes for 6 months, and I look and feel glamorous whenever I walk out of her salon. She knows her stuff when it comes to eyelashes. I’m not the ideal candidate for eyelashes because my eyelids can get a little oily, and my natural lashes are very short, but Michelle worked with me until we found a solution to help keep my lashes in longer.
