Had a decent experience at the showroom. The delivery went haywire when the truck got involved in a delay pushing or delivery back a few hours. The drivers called me when they were 17 minutes way from our home. We had little to no warning about the arrival of the mattress. We told them we will be 10 minutes late because we had a prior engagement. Turns out the delivery drivers did not wait the 15 minutes he promised for us. We actually saw the truck leave our neighborhood as we pulled into town. Was hoping to get a more locally owned personal experience, we did not.

I really regret buying this mattress. After 6 months there is a 1/2 inch sag in middle. I've only slept on bed 14 nights in the 6 month period. they came out and denied warranty blaming my bed frame which I had not even used yet being it was brand new from hom furniture. so now I have a 1500 dollar bed that's garbage and they want me to pay to upgrade 25% of old bed plus difference of new bed and more deliver fees what a scam. I even called within first 30 days and Jed the salesperson told me to give it another few months to break in just so they could deny my warranty claim at a later date instead and put blame on my new bed frame I just purchased and...

I've now had my mattress from The Original Mattress Factory for around 8 months, and am extremely happy with my purchase.

When I visited this location, Doug was very helpful with answering any questions I had, and encouraged me to try the various options they had on the showroom. I ended up spending about 30 minutes trying the different mattresses, and to my surprise, ended up going with a softer mattress than I initially intended. I am so thankful to have had the time to try the options and find the one that truly felt right. No regrets to this day! I also appreciate their email alerts for when to rotate...
