I first bought a pound of prepackaged ham from the Roseville location, and it was great! The rinds were cut off, and there was a lot of meat and little fat. I went back for more, but went to the Minnetonka location this time since it is closer to my house. The ham had rinds but was otherwise OK. The next time I purchased ham, I went back to the Roseville location, and this time the ham had rinds and there were several big hard chunks of the brown sugar crust, which I thought was gross! Went yesterday to the Minnetonka location and purchased ham with the rinds on, and the meat was fatty and the lowest quality I've ever had. The potato salad also tasted weird, and there were bright yellow potatoes mixed with pale white potatoes, like they had blended an old batch with a new one. For the prices they charge, I expect better! Since every time I go, it's subsequently gotten worse, I am not planning...

Came in for a quick salad for lunch, and ordered a cobb salad with extra chicken...extra chicken because the calorie count was a measly 560 for the "full" size. This is the highest calorie salad option on the menu. I expected to pay extra for the extra chicken, but wasn't charged. Turns out, this "cobb" salad doesn't even come with chicken, so no wonder I wasn't charged for any extra chicken.
That's not a cobb salad, it's a mini-cobb-ish-salad. 560 calories? That's a snack, not a meal. Add some chicken (or honey baked ham??) to get it up to 750-850 calories, and go ahead, charge...
