Great team at this location. We worked with Jordan and Victoria. Both of these employees had excellent ideas for maximizing our couch. We came in with our desired measurements and together we developed the best configuration for our space. Product arrived in less than a week even though we were quoted two weeks. We hired assembly support from a third party to put the couch together, I recommend this if you can swing it. We’ve only had the couch assembled for a few hours but love it so...

It's fine. Went here with my wife who wanted to show me in person how awesome these ridiculously expensive couches are. 2 staff on duty. Not even one got up, both said hi and that's it. I mean... I don't like high pressure sales but if I'm gonna spend 7 grand on a couch that's worth 3, 4k max... I'd appreciate some knowledge and service. But I digress. Will probably buy from Pottery Barn instead. 7k gets full leather and while I can't put speakers in the headrest, I can look darn...
