I would give ZERO stars if I could. Years back I worked for Vickies and am a very loyal client to the brand. I've never received great service here, but usually I can help myself to what I need. A few weeks ago, I came in with the intent to purchase multiple bras and matching bottoms. I just finished breastfeeding and needed all new bras -- AND was kid-free, on me time, and ready to shop! I asked for help multiple times in the fitting room - hit my button and the workers would just come turn it off. I'm not sure if they forgot someone was in there? After 5 tries of asking for help, asking for a new size to be brought to me to try on....(The two workers were clearly too busy to help out, so I left. I will not be setting foot in this store ever...

JAY❤️ made MY DAY!! She was super professional helpful so sweet energetic and bubbly she reminded me of a younger version of myself and it just made me feel good that there are customer service representatives, that are good people who actually do want to help. I have worn the wrong size bra for at least five years and within 10 minutes she found me a bra that fit me better than any other one has in my entire life … 🤦🏻‍♀️I learned that my bra should’ve been an ENTIRE cup AND band size higher . I’m very thankful she put up with my annoying requests to try on everything in the store lol I love her, she deserves a raise!!...

Visited this store for some perfume! Right away I was greeted with a hello and a smile! Beautiful, clean, inviting store! All working were very friendly and smiled! Great atmosphere! All of the young women were working were friendly and helpful! Some items were on sale and they told me about the sale items! I definitely will be back! Great customer service is important to me and the young ladies working were professional, friendly and welcoming!!! I especially loved when checking out the cashier said ohhhh you get to pick a free pair of panties! Well at 60 I don’t wear VS panties but it was very fun to be offered the free...
