Carnegie Center — Local services in Minot

I hate leaving a bad review, but this is our experience. Had our wedding reception there. The staff is extremely hard to reach, they only check the phone messages about once a week. The air-conditioning did not work at all on our day. In the early morning with it "running" all night it was still cooler outside than inside. When we did get ahold of someone they used the excuse "its just an old building". They eventually sent someone out that said they fixed it but in fact did not fix anything. Later reported to them the next day and they just shrugged their shoulders and repeated "its just an old building". When I asked about the holding deposit, if thats something we get bad, we learned that its really just a down payment and not a deposit. Zero effort to compensate...
