And amidst the trio, a semblance of Kurt's grace, His features obscured, a distant, pensive face, But in this moment, compassion seemed to flee, As they chose not to grant the prize to thee.

Hard-headed they proved, in the face of dismay, A refusal to yield, to make amends that day. A disheartening scene, where dreams met demise, As customers yearned for warmth in their eyes.

We enjoy tilt and come frequently. However, we have noticed that more often than not we are waiting longer and longer at the "prize desk" because staff are too busy hanging out or hanging all over one of the managers.

Last week two girls were getting in an argument over who would help people get prizes and who would not. One of them wanted to continue her conversation about when she could leave because she hates working.

Today on our visit there were minimum 3 families waiting in line while one girl was helping. There were 3 other females touching, giving back rubs, and leaning up close to a guy with a mullet in a gray shirt (which leads us to believe he is a manager). More families got in line by us after about ten minutes, the male and one female walked off together leaving one girl to help.

Please do better and show a little professionalism and courtesy. It is a family establishment and nobody should have to stand there and watch the massage show...

Employees were very rude and unhelpful. A ton of the games were broken or took our points without letting us play. And don’t breath or move during laser tag or they will end your time early with no warning. Manager was very rude and unhelpful.

We were not offered any other attractions except to play laser tag again, which why would we. We were absolutely not unsafe playing laser tag. We have played laser tag many other times at other places and never have had that before. We did talk to multiple employees and got no one to help. Even the cashier when we first got there was extremely rude because I was asking what the best options were for packages vs putting money on a card. None of your employees want to actually work or have any customer service. We did nothing wrong except choose to spend our time and money there. It’s clear by your many low ratings I’m not...
