Upon entering i was greeted and taken back to the color bar. The lady that helped me had to attend to other guest while I was making my decisions. Another lady came up and put my pieces together. She was clearly struggling with the task at hand and seemed to be newish. I could see visible issues with the finished pieces and should have had that fixed immediately but I just wanted to leave so I bought them and left. I ended up returning them at another location and notified a manager at yhis store of the situation. I just wanted to say this to make sure the person putting your jewelry together does it right. Sometimes this happens at the color bar. I understand people have to learn. But having someone inexperienced put together expensive jewelry just isn't going to cut it moving forward for me. Despite looking around for about 10 minutes and showing clear interest in designing my own necklace, no one approached to offer assistance, even though there was 3 employees working.
