We were excited to try this restaurant after a friends recommendation. The food was 5/5 but the service was 1.5/5. We had a late dinner but well within 45 min before the kitchen was closed. We sat our selves on the patio per the seat yourself sign. We waited 15 minutes before someone reluctantly took our order. Mind you, a waitress looked our way when we sat down. She apologized for the delay and mentioned they were close to closing. Then, offered a box when we only had our food for 7 minutes. She asked if we would want to sit inside instead. We also had to ask for a refill. While all this was going on it seems it was the bar tenders birthday so all the other servers ignored their tables. I’d recommend the food to go! Or maybe you’ll have better luck at another location.

Really fun cocktail menu - which is unusual for somewhere with this many beers on tap. Loved the artistry in the signs! We both ordered drinks from the fall menu (apple butter old fashioned - yum!). Food menu wasn’t overwhelming but they had some good happy hour specials, so I appreciated that. They seemed understaffed, with only the bartender and one other waitress for the whole restaurant and outside, but they seemed to be trying their best. We didn’t notice any issue with service because of it. Tried the lamb burger and Brussel Sprouts and both were absolutely delicious!

It's the holidays and you want to catch a beverage our two with some friends and a late lunch. The beer and service as usual were top notch. But when my brother ordered the blackened grouper off of the lunch menu for a fair +$15 my fandom of Craft Bar came to a screeching halt. Unbelievable! The amount of grouper served could have fit into the ramekin that the delicious collard greens came in. I was incredibly disappointed to say the least. I mean the portion of fish served was more appropriate for a dollar menu add-on than +$15.

If we could give The Craft Bar no stars we would. Which is not typically like us as we like to see the best in certain situations and be understanding, especially in this hard time. We seated ourselves as the sign said to do and waited 15 minutes to even be given a menu. The place wasn’t even busy what so ever. And that was proven by the kitchen staff we heard laughing in the kitchen from our table and our waitress that finally came over giggling with the bar tender. The table was sticky and she neglected to give us straws which wouldn’t have been a big deal but after she took the order we didn’t see her again till 25 minutes later. She was rude beyond belief and we really don’t know why. We think her name was Sam as listed on the receipt. We said hello to her and said please and thank you. We were polite so I really don’t understand where her attitude came from. I’ve worked in the restaurant business before as a waitress and never in my career would I ever think about treating a customer the way she did us. Moving on, our food comes out and they messed up my boyfriends order after he specifically told them not to put certain things on there. We asked the waitress if we could have it sent back and she said yes because she too remembered that he asked for no mayo. She comes back with a completely different sandwich and walks off before we can tell her. Then we have to wait another ten minutes before we can even flag her down to tell her. Overall this was not a very good experience for it being a first tome visit there. We are locals and were very disappointed with the cleanliness and the service that...

We tried this gastropub when they first opened about 3 years ago and had horrible service. The food was decent. We decided that we’d give them a try again now that they’re established because the concept was good and the menu still sounded great. Our server was busy - not enough wait staff again - but there were other staff that were not busy and just walked by without a care in the world for anyone, even when we tried to waive them down. Not their table I guess? During spring break not all tables were full for dinner service either and after we were asked to seat ourselves it was at least a 10 minute wait for drink ordering and menu delivery - this should have been a sign, and was, but every other restaurant worth our time was already packed. Our server was busy but was also SO disinterested in us being there that we could care less how busy he was. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. Husband’s burger was okay. Cooked to temp on half and over cooked on the other half. I got fish and chips and had about a 1:4 ratio of fish to breading. Both of us asked for crispy fries and everything was on the brink of burned. You can mess up some food, but when customer service lacks, yet again, there is no going back. When we come back to the area again we will be surprised if this place is still...

Neet place, super busy for a Monday night- but it's burger day so I guess that tracks. Many of us were in line waiting for tables- they have quite the draw, 3 two person couples waiting... a couple got up from the bar, and while we tried to ascertain if the front of the line couple were interested in bar seating someone came in and sat there... while discussing if bar seating was " first come " the staff informed us - all seating is first come- so the next tables to clear were outside- and we took them. Uncleared- it seemed to be the way to go. So just know politeness and such will leave you standing around longer than need be- that said don't be a jerk to the staff- our wait staff was great- even the sweet one who had been there busting boots since open ( it was 7pm when we went) she had to be so tired. As wild and busy as it was- she kept drinks full, and checked on us enough without hovering. I don't know how restaurant payscale works in FL but other places for sure don't pay enough- so I sincerely hope those folks are being well compensated, all the same- tip them like that's all they get because they earn every penny. We were thankful to be at an outside table- as inside seemed very cramped and...
